For the money, wasn’t impressed with this golf course. Tee boxes were in terrible shape, and was not impressed with the fairways. Greens were decent, and rolled true, but were slow. Bunkers were decent. The staff at seascape was very nice, and accommodating. For the money, you can go to Indian Bayou and play a much nicer course.

The course is wide open, that’s pretty nice for a late afternoon of golf, the long grass is terrible, I had difficulty figuring out where the next Tee was. Maybe a few more signs? Starter was pretty nice chatted us up while we waited. Cost was great. $ 32ish for 18 with cart. However a morning tee time is going to require a second mortgage. The course is worth $ 32 but not $ 90ish. I played it for fun, not really keeping score, arrant shots were easy to find because it is so open. If your looking for a challenge, try somewhere else.

We were one of the last groups of the day and the starter consistently berated us for being behind on pace of play. There was nobody behind us and we were being respectful and professional on the course.

This was my first visit to a golf course in Florida. I have to say my expectations were much higher. From a playability standpoint, the greens were good but overall I was disappointed. With a little TLC the course could be much better. The landscaping and weeds are an easy fix. A number of holes have muddy spots along the cart paths or fairways that need maintenance. Some of the cart path needs to be replaced and a few walls along the greens in ponds are in the process of collapsing. Overall maintenance standards need to be improved. It would make a big difference. I was very hungry at the turn and the menu is basically a hot dog or turkey sandwich. I guess a Snickers will do, nope they were out of Snickers. When I return to Florida, I will try another course.

Visiting and played with my son. Course was not in the best shape for the Florida environment. That was disappointing. The value was not bad.

I live in the local area and have given this course many chances, however, the cart attendants continue to treat non-members very rudely. The course is decent, with wide fairways and fairly large greens. The location is nice, with shopping close by. The cart attendants are so rude and un friendly that I’ll never spend another penny here.

I’ve played about a half dozen rounds here at Seascape, and I like it. It’s a big course with lots of long, wide fairways and pretty challenging water hazards. I’m not the best golfer, but I always enjoy coming here. The guys in the clubhouse are always very cool and the staff is not nearly as stuffy as some of the other courses in the area. No, the greens are not as pristine as some of the other courses, but this isn’t Augusta. For the price, we always have a great time playing 18 holes here and never finish up thirsty, either. If you aren’t trying to qualify for the U.S. Open and just want to have a good time playing a round of golf on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, you could do a lot worse than playing at Seascape, in my opinion.

WARNING! Do not play this course. My dad, brother-in-law, and I played this course for our vacation and the greens are in horrific shape. They honestly are not playable. Two greens are all sand and the other 16 aren’t much better. I want to save everyone the hassle and expense of this course. They have rye winter greens that have not grown out and the Bermuda isn’t growing in at all. Save yourself, get a tee time at another location. I also find it bothersome that no one at the pro shop had the fortitude to inform us of the shape of the course.
