Complete waste of money. My wife and I went into the Melting Pot to celebrate buying a beach house. We ordered the cheese fondue for two and wine. The cheese comes in 2 ounce portions and isn’t enough to finish the«dippers» that are given. We ran out with about 75% of the bread, ½ of the apples and ½ of the vegetables remaining. When we asked the waitress for more cheese to finish the dippers, she asked if we wanted another cheese for 2!?! We said, no, we just want enough cheese to finish the dippers. What we got was charged another $ 11.95 for 2 ounces of cheese! When we called the«manager» over, he seemed confused about the issue and said, yes, it’s $ 11.95 for cheese, the dippers are free! What a bunch of crap! We have been to the Melting Pot many times in the past, but they have been closing down — Southlake, Texas. I think I know why! We were among about 5 tables in the place tonight… Don’t waste your time or money here.

We have always loved the Melting Pot but this location is AWESOME! They had a birthday card waiting for our daughter and our server, Michael could not have been nicer – very attentive and helpful with the huge menu and fun! The food was all so good –our group had everything from the lobster to duck and it was all amazing. Beautifully presented and fresh. And the chocolate at the end??? Ohmygoodness. Come and try it for yourselves!

This was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had! It all started with the cheese course, it was delicious! Next we had salad, I personally don’t enjoy salad but my friend said it was good. Following that we had the entrée, it was phenomenal! The dessert was the best though, get the s’mores dessert, you can’t go wrong!

Food was delicious. My girlfriend and I got a four course meal to share which let us both satisfied. It is a little pricy but the price is for the experience instead of the food.

What a great experience. I made reservations via the Melting Pot website. Also mentioned it was my wife’s birthday. They had a birthday card on the table at arrival. Nice touch! Paxton waited on us. She was very personable. Spoke with my entire family about«stuff». We did cheese and chocolate. What a great experience. Thank you Melting Pot! We will be back.

Nice vibe, unique concept. We ordered the four course meal. It was the best deal once we looked at the menu. The fondue appetizer was good and the desert was very good, salad was a normal salad. The part I could do with out is the boiling of the main course. Main course was just ok. Again it’s worth doing once for the experience. If we go back, it will be dessert only.

Go there for the experience, it’s fun and different. The wait staff though started out pretty good, conversed with us, appeared knowledgable and then it fell flat. The server forgot our wine flight to match each course and was always 1 behind and we had to keep asking for the wine. I was never asked if I wanted a second drink and eventually our server just disappeared and left us waiting for our last 2 courses for an extended period of time. I think we spent close to 3 hours there bc of the slow absent service. The meat choice was good, the salad was decent and the dessert was pretty good too. If the service remained attentive I’d give more stars for sure

It blows my mind how this establishment has so many restaurants throughout the country. How anyone could ever want to return to this place is beyond me. The prices are outrageous. The server told us the portion sizes were«like a Thanksgiving feast,» so the four of us split two 4-course entrees. The portions were hilariously small. All four of us left hungry. The service was slow. Our server, Paxton, forgot about us. Between the cheese fondue course and salad course were 30 minutes of empty glasses and no sign of her. We had to get up and get the hostess’s attention twice throughout the meal. The manager(owner?) came by and asked us how our experience was, and I told him how bad the service was. He brought out another portion of steak, but none of it was really that good. Oh yeah, did I mention you have to cook your own food? It takes that long for it to come out, you’re paying $ 35-$ 50 for 3 bite-size pieces of 3 different meats you cook in sauce you also pay too much for. The cheese and the chocolate fondue was good, but again, portion sizes were ridiculously small. Needless to say, I will never return and I suggest that no one try it out. It’s really not worth it.

I’ve come here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and a celebratory dinner on different occasions, but both times were great. we’ve both always left really impressed with the service and satisfied with our meal. we always do the four course meal of salad, cheese, meat and dessert. I usually don’t like cheese but I actually really enjoy getting the cheddar cheese fondue. the meat isn’t my favorite but still good. we’ve tried the s’mores fondue and another one I can’t remember but always worth it! I think the thing that gets us the most is the waiters though, there always very informative and know their stuff. we’re always asking what the best pairings are for the oil and meat and how this fondue taste and they give great advice and recommendations. their well knowledged in their menu and it makes the experience go much smoother

Horrible food. Cuts of meat were questionable. The design of the menu is frustrating and misleading. It is obscenely expensive for what it is.

Food was great. Erin was a great waitress. Does take a long time so make a reservation and plan on spending 2 – 3 hours eating.

Food was not bad, except for some past prime broccoli. The not so great part was the chipped plates, not being able to find a menu(?) and being a plate short for our table and being told«sorry we are out». The service left a lot to be desired for this price point. Being told to «knock ourselves out» with the seasoning and«ok cool» about how our check was split and if we wanted water. Having to ask to clear dirty dishes also should not happen at this price range. Didn’t really seem like good service was a priority.

Paxton was absolutely wonderful. Best service we have had anywhere in a very long time. Personality was great, adapted to both adults and children and was very knowledgeable. The only recommendation I have for the restuarant is to stock more menus. We had a reservation and had to wait to be seated because there weren’t enough menus. However, Paxton made up for that. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Holy guacamole! This was a fantastic surprise. We actually came to Siuhimoto not realizing it was Sunday and stumbled into this place. Between our insanely amazing waiter Keifer and the bar tender Ryan, my mom who is «very critical» described our experience as being«treated like royalty!» Great, amazing and wonderful does not describe this experience. My taste buds have been to heaven and back for each course. Our waiter knew the menu and led us down the path to Utopia. First we had the 4 course meal that we shared. Started with Cheddar. YUMMMM! Next to bouillon ‘land & sea’.we had so much fun timing our meat then savoring it. Just delicious! To end it the dessert of choice… BANANAFOSTER… is simply insane! Bananas to say the least. Not sure how to describe this tasty dish but Just try it. Thanks to these guys we ended a great vacation on a very high note. Will be back!

What a great experience. This was our first visit to the melting pot. Service was impeccable and food was delish! We got the four course dinner. Way too much food for two so next trip will be a little scaled back. Of course, our favorite part was dessert. YUM!!!

First off we got there at 8pm on a Tuesday night and the rude hostess said we need to wait 45 min since we didn’t have a reservation. The place was half empty. When I asked why she said that they didn’t have enough staff on hand. This is spring break week people. We sat near the bar area just before 845pm with our young kids. We didn’t get out of there until 11pm and this was an empty restaurant. The food was way too expensive for what you get. The kids meals are overpriced at 12.99 for a small pile of raw meat. No sides or salad that come with it. The best part was the dessert. Overall this experience was okay for our first time but I will never go back to another melting pot. Too expensive and too long to eat.

Worth the money! Lyric was our waitress and she was sweet, attentive, and very helpful! We did two of the 4 course meals and split them between the three of us. Next time we would just do the cheese and chocolate and order a salad because there was A LOT of food and none of us were that hungry so we had a lot left over. We also had drinks(3 beers, a martini, and a glass of wine) and it all ran about $ 150. I would definitely recommend coming here and will be back!!!

Good food, good service and a overall fun experience! It’s pricy but me and my husband did the four-course meal and had plenty of food. I recommend making reservations. We enjoyed it a lot! It’s not somewhere we would go regularly but for a special occasion or romantic date night, it’s fun!
