I brought in a michael kors dress and a cache dress to this place on 2÷24÷15. When I went to pick my items up that has only been worn 1 – 2 times 1 dress has small holes upon return from cleaners and the other dress have small tiny black spots everywhere. This place sent the dresses back out and it’s been almost 2 weeks and they are giving me the run around off their mess up!!! Now they want to say it may have been like that already when their employee checked the items upon drop off and confirmed there was no holes and no black spots. Don’t bring your items here bc these people don’t want to own up to their wrong doing to a customer!!! I feel like this if you think any job I’d too big for you give back to the customer before you mes it up!!! Poor customer service when there’s a problem involved!!!
