Service could not be better. Phill Zang is the best service manager of any dealership I have ever, ever used. He arranges for my car to be picked up for service, driver is on time. He is honest on what you may need or not need. Where ever Phil Zang is the service manager that is the dealership I will buy, sell, or service at. Bob Maxey is a FINE DEALERSHIP. miriam k

Upon walking into the facility, I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Jim. He was very helpful and appeared to be genuine interested in providing with the services I sought. After going over the process, Jim sat me down in the most COMFORTABLE waiting room I’ve ever been in. He told me to make myself feel at home, and explained to me the various amenities the dealership had to offer. After getting comfortable and watching a great comedy on cable, Jim escorted me to the cashier where I completed my trip to Bob Maxey.
I would like to also note that everyone that walked by made eye contact and spoke. This made me feel very welcomed, and I believe that this type of customer service is long overdue in Detroit. Great job Bob Maxey Staff! When searching for a new Lincoln, I will be sure to visit this showroom, instead of driving all the ways to Hines Park.

AMAZING! I can not say enough about my experience at Bob Maxey. I worked with Mark and he was awesome! I purchased a 2012 Fiesta and I am so happy with the car and the service I have been given. In fact, the service is what made me not want to go anywhere else. I had been there before for repairs on my old car and they always treated me as if I had just purchased a Mustang.
Do not go anywhere else, Bob Maxey Ford has everything you are looking for! And if they don’t, they will go pick it up for you. After all, they went down to Ohio to get the car that had all of my specifications!
