I ordered a pretty basic outfit, and I needed it on a Monday, which is apparently not a business day for the owner (which I was not aware). $ 65 and the young lady who took my order and payment didn’t bother telling me that the shop wouldn’t be open that day.
So I’m calling and texting and not getting a response on when I should pick up my outfit. Finally I got a call saying that I’d receive a call when the outfit was done. When I did get the outfit, I felt that it was cute, but it didn’t look as if it needed two days worth of work, or even the six hours it took when I was told that the fabric was being cut.
So as far as the work, beautiful. Flashy and it definitely makes a dancer stand out, in a good way. I’d give it 5 stars for the end products. Customer service isn’t all that, though. Kinda have to hound someone to get a response to a call, text, or message on IG. Also the app and website aren’t up to date.
