PF Changs China Bistro

PF’s delivers at the airport. The only thing they lack is steak. But even that is ok. I’ve had many courses and drinks here. They Have all and been good. I just want them to carry the same thing steak. Not too hard to do. Also. The people carry on the day/​night. Tonight I had the b crew. I was in pain. Most nights I just get service.

The food is decent for airport food but the service is gosh awful! I’ve been there three times and each I’ve had a disappointing service experience. The first time one of the waitresses dropped a tray with glasses at my feet and I got glass in my foot. The next time the bar tender, John, took a long time to take my order and then initially didn’t charge me for the 3-​dollar hot tea, but when he ran my card he noticed it and without saying anything added it back on. I would have been more Than happy to pay the extra had he mentioned it upon returning my card but I found it rude that he didn’t. He also asked me if I wanted water and didn’t bring it until I asked. He also offered me lemon for my tea and never brought it. The most recent time we ordered the shrimp dumplings as an appetizer. The waitress didn’t bring them out by the time we got our food. I mention d it and they brought crab wontons instead. We told them we ordered dumplings and they brought back the crab wontons. They never brought the dumplings but luckily didn’t charge us. It’s such a shame that the centrally located and arguable best restaurant in dtw has such awful service.

Grabbed takeout for lunch today. Had the kung pow shrimp with brown rice. The shrimp were a little overcooked so they were a bit chewy, but everything else was great. Love the online ordering so your food is ready when you arrive. Quick and easy! Big lunch portions too!

One of the better food places in the detroit airport, got chicken lettuce wraps to go and perfectly hit the spot for protein and a little veggies. This restaurant is pretty busy, food is dependably tasty and hot
