Staff is the best. Always remember names and drink orders. Lines are always long but worth the wait.

Employees are pretty rude here and don’t even engage in conversation. They don’t even say«hi» when you walk up. The lines can be pretty long in the morning, too, and the slowness of the employees doesn’t help much. The drinks are standard as all other locations, which is overpriced to the max. It is what it is.

Store manager called me and explained that the 15% surcharge is a pending transaction that will be returned to card. Impressed with customer service and will be back.

The lines are usually long here however it moves fast. They have messed up my drink order once before which was not cool but they made up for it by replacing it immediately. The staff is nice however sometimes rushes you through. It is a coffee chain that sells overpriced coffee however I cannot stop from going 2X a week to get my old fashioned green tea, just the best.

It’s a standard Starbucks in a somewhat interesting location. Given its location in the heart of the RenCen, the morning wait for coffee is likely pretty bad(as evidenced by the theme park-like signs announcing the expected wait time from various points in the queue). However, it’s setting in the midst of a vast office complex is also its virtue. Since 90% of the patrons are taking their coffee back to their desk, the vast work tables are largely empty. The wifi is fast and the plugs are ample. Its the perfect place to settle in and work.

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! We were there for a convention, and there was also a run up the hotel that day so it was packed but Starbucks employees didn’t plan or didn’t care about the amount of business they would be getting that day. They were scheduled to close at noon, but with all of the people in the hotel, it took us till 12:03 to get there. There was a line of about 6 people waiting, so I asked them if this was the line to order. They said no, that they had been in line and the staff had cut the line off and said they were not serving anyone else. I can see if you are closed and not reopening up for folks, but when you have people there to spend their money there is no excuse for not serving them, especially if they were ALREADY in line! Unbelievable! I would give them NO stars if the app would allow it.

What to say about a store/brand that is very well known. Its well. a Starbucks, similar store to any other, same $ 5 coffee drinks with seasonal specials. If you like StarBucks, you will like this store(like any other).

This Starbuck sits in such a beautiful location inside of the Renaissance Center that you would think the management would pay more attention to it. Have to agree with the previous reviewer that a lot of the tables were dirty. I remember having to clean my own table there as well as I was having a interview there and really didn’t want crumbs and cup marks to be all over the table. The girl working there was taking/cashing orders as well as making coffee. so naturally that held the line up(even tho there was also a second person making drinks). Will probably be back, just because I think the location and the seating is nice, but I will say, they could do a lot more to make the place nicer. Hire More Staff! It’s a busy location in the heart of a huge building!

I expected this Starbucks, being in the Marriott, to be good. High class. Like the Marriott. I asked for my coffee to be served in a mug and my croissant to be served on a plate. They didn’t offer that. All the tables were dirty. I asked for a moistened paper towel I could use to clean off my table. They wouldn’t give me one, but simply directed me to use the napkins already available to the customers. I took some of those napkins, asked for a cup of water, and I cleaned my own table. They never offered to clean a table. One evening I went there for a cup of coffee and discovered that they close by 6pm. And on Saturdays and Sundays, they close at noon. How could this be, with all of the foot traffic in the Marriott?
