This company is punctual, diligent, and very reasonable on prices. Jalen, is the fella who came to my house at noon and returned at 7 PM only to charge me $ 50.00 for a laptop I was considering scrapping due to the nasty fall it took. I gave the man an extra $ 15.00 for a steak and some new computer hinges that I ordered cause the part I ordered was wrong.
Either way these guys are the real deal and do not hesitate to call them! These guys have a lifelong customer in my family, friends, and I.

I had a good experience with the TechSquad. They were able to fix all my issues on my laptop and iPad. They were also able to prepare and download all the games and updates for my sons Playstation 4 that I will give him on Christmas. I almost forgot how it felt to be on a computer without a million pop ups. The security they installed is working great!

Purchased a Groupon coupon for virus cleanup. What a wonderful experience with this company. The tech was efficient, professional and was patient when I asked him a dozen questions. Very competent and experienced. Give this company a try. My computer had 245 issues and he took care of them quickly and my computer is running so fast now. Thanks again for such great service. I’ll recommend you hands down.

I have a hp laptop I purchased from QVC that went out completely. The charging adapter went bad as well as the touch activated mouse. Everything possible was wrong with this laptop. The hard drive was replaced in addition to a brand new operating system as well as the charging port. That laptop is roughly 6 years old. My son now uses it as his own as if it was brand new (he thinks Santa bought it). He watches movies, goes online to interactive sites, types inside of Microsoft word, and takes hundreds of pictures and videos! The laptop runs better than it ever did! Not to mention it took maybe 2 hours for all of the work to be complete! Fast and very efficient service ! Looking forward to the next device that goes out on me, I have TEXH SQUAD on speed dial!!!
