Customer service needs to be better. I felt like me being there was hindering their job. Awesome food though love Wendy’s food!

Worst Wendy’s. Service is slow. Staff look like they could care less about customers. Waited nearly 15 minutes in line and there were only two people a head of me. Cashier didn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. At one point there was actually some sort of cleaning bottle and wet napkins on the front counter right next to people’s food orders. When I went to take a photo, one of the staff moved it to the side. Go elsewhere. Not worth your time.

There fries are always fresh ! You gotta love their Frosty’s they taste amazing, but i gotta say that the co-workers are likely to forget utensils like napkins and spoons

Normally Wendy’s is ok, not sure what changed this week. The service was good but the good quality was terrible. I ordered the pretzel pub chicken large size and what I got was a sandwich that was poorly made and old fries that had little to none of the advertised sea salt. I hope that this was just an oversight but this week being in town staying at the doubletree it was the same. Please improve on the food service level.

Can’t go wrong with Wendy’s. However, the quality of this locations food seemed a little«lacking». Not bad, but we visited at lunch, and the food had that thrown together appeal to it. I wasn’t expecting the world, but I’ve been to enough Wendy’s to know when things are off. The staff was friendly — which was nice.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s. We have all been there. You may like it or you may not. Just note that this particular location is fast but you need to check your order. More than once I’ve left the drive-thru and been missing items.
