Wendy’s

Service has gone down to the point that my forgiving mother requests to no longer visit this location. Question: Who removed «hello» and «thank you for coming» from customer service greetings? Answer: Wendy’s Jefferson… and thank goodness I’m not extremely allergic to tomatoes since they consistently refuse to exclude them from my sandwiches and salads even though I ask and it’s repeated back to me when ordering.

wendys is wendys butt as far as wendys goes this one is prob the best. the food is also hot fresh and good. i only have only done drive thru. this place is always crazy busy. it is also very very clean. on of the morning guys litterely washes and scrubs the drive thru line every morning. so i can only imagine if they take the time to clean the pavement for the drive thru line how throughly cleaned the inside must get everyday. the peole who work there a friendly and nice. my only complaint is while waiting in drive thru line it is common to have someone approach ur window asking for money or change. they are very persistant and can be really pushy about it. one time this guy was standing right at the speaker u order thru so there was no way to avoid him. he would start talking to you asking for money and it made ordering very diffucult. he also got way to close to me and my car and i felt a little unsafe. im am unsure if the management does anything to try to prevent this from happeninb but i assume they do not since it happens often
