All I can say is… I hope the donuts are better than the bagels. I bought a dozen bagels and ended up throwing them away. They were huge, doughy, and not tasty at all. The person who waited on me was not at all pleasant. O

I visited the new Paoli location. BIG selection of tasty donuts. It’s about time – the cardboard impostors found at Dunkin are so lame compared to these beauties. Salted Caramel, Bacon Maple, Lemon – now you’re talking my language. Breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and bagels, oh my.

I go here at least three times a week. When I call, they know me by name. I get breakfast sandwiches and wraps usually that are mouth watering. It is consistently good. The coffee is the best in the area and the donuts are so unique and intriguing. I like to try a different one when I am in there. I feel like I am going to my moms when I am in there they feel like family. I love this place!

This is a required stop every time we go to visit family in Devon. This is the closest to New York bagels I have found in the area(the perfect consistency and taste…) and the egg sandwiches are always great! The donuts are an extra special treat and we always leave with a half dozen to share with family(deciding on only 6 is the biggest problem). Did I mention the bagels? Oh so good.

Solid donuts and bagels… the best of the Philly Suburbs! I always enjoy these when I’m in town. Not sure what people are saying about the service; employees always seemed nice and engaging. Only reason why I can’t give this place five stars is because some of their breakfast sandwiches seem a little light in terms of filling unless you get the ‘Big Man’ and the seating is a tad too tight. Sure to become a fast staple of the Main Line.

If I had written this after my first visit, it would’ve been more like 4 stars. The bagels are great. But after waiting 10+ minutes in line to order, being told they were out of almost every bagel, then waiting another 30+ minutes only to be told that they had lost my order & were now out of the bagel I had ordered for my sandwich, I’ve never been back. The lady who told me that they had lost my order didn’t seem to care at all. I haven’t been back since and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

A traditional donut place with untraditional toppings, like maple and bacon, crodonut, Nutella, banana, resses and many, many more. They make their donuts in small batches but often enough to supply the demand :) They have something crazy good; the masterfully crafted blueberry cream donut. It’s a traditional donut withy blueberry batter and in the middle where the hole is, they put the cream cheese.(genius!)It is truly amazing! The banana and Boston cream are also delicious my favorites :)) I prefer this place so much better than Federal Donuts that have such hipe to them. The Devon donuts are by far much better in comparison. Four stars because they sell coffee and in nah…(coffee for me is a big deal, so I buy my coffee elsewhere and this way I satisfy my snobbish ways)

I was so excited when this place opened a few years back. For some reason, it took me forever to get there to try their stuff. All and all, it’s ok. The bagels are not great — do yourself a favor and go the bagel factory about a mile down the road. They have authentic NY style bagels; this place does not. The doughnuts are good — not great. Somewhere between Dunkin’ Donuts and a true bakery type of taste. If you are going to partake, go with the maple bacon bar… it’s the best on the menu. Bottom line from me, no on bagels… meh on doughnuts. I’ll probably be back, but would not seek it out.

It’s hard to give this review, I really want to give a better rating but hoping it helps incentive the owners to improve. The donuts, breakfast sandwiches and coffee are all good. I have been here at least 10+ times. Unfortunately the execution is poor — primarily unhappy to miserable service. Donut availability is sporadic too. Getting donuts in the morning should be an enjoyable experience(who doesn’t like donuts!!). Why would I go here to be brought down by the unfriendliness? What happened to the days when the folks at the counter recognize you from coming the past few weeks and truly appreciate your business?

To say it was disappointing was an understatement. We get there and it was obviously the end of the day. Wife and I both got $ 4.55 breakfast in a bagel sandwich and they were both highly regrettable. Small no filling to the bagel was not that good. When wegmans has a better bagel than you do, you’ve go problems. One egg little piece of bacon or pork roll and this is almost a five dollar sand which. Donuts were ok honestly not that good. A completely underwhelming experience on many levels. Counter person was fine enough but the older lady was miserable. She just looked tired but still.

Ok donuts but not the best. Over priced drinks for the taste(go down the block to pour richards for your morning drink). I’ve been here several times and the staff is not very nice. There is more to a business than just the product it’s time to find new counter people! They are miserable.

Found this spot actually when trying to find another restaurant and decided to stop in. Ordered a bagel egg and cheese and it was yummy! Also had a vanilla latte which was also very good. Great little find!

Great donuts — Lots of fun varieties but my favorites are good old chocolate glazed and cinnamon sugar. Strawberry frosted are also good — especially considering I don’t usually like fruity donuts. :)

Good but not great donuts. 1st time at this mainline donut shop. FYI map location on Unilocal is wrong! The actual location is closer to Lancaster Ave at Whole Foods. Maybe my rating is based more on expectation? Tried the butterscotch chip and double chocolate. The butterscotch was no better than Dunkin donuts. Double chocolate was a little better. Wasn’t in the mood for breakfast. I still want to give them a try for one of their breakfast sandwiches.

5 stars for the food. Everything I’ve had there is really good and very reasonable. negative 1 stars for service. I’ve only been once and called them once for information on party tray pricing. Both experiences were awful. The guy on the phone seemed so annoyed that I would even ask something like that and couldn’t even tell me the price. Hopefully it’s just one employee that is the problem and he can be replaced.

A++++ Best donut i’ve ever had. The salted carmel is fantastic but you have to get their early like 7AM on the weekends to get a chance at getting one. Bagels are nice and fully and sandwiches are very tasty. The place has high end equip and is kept very clean. Great staff as well!

I had a most-delicious bagel sandwich this morning — pork roll, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The price was very fair — $ 4.23 — and the bagels are made on site each day. They seem understaffed so hopefully they get some more staff to keep up with the crowds.

Pretty good bagel, breakfast and coffee place. Good bagels and they offer a variety. They also have a TON of donuts to choose from, and unique ones to boot. They offer their own Devon cronut, albeit, it is not as sophisticated as Dominique Ansel Bakery’s. They also offer breakfast sandwiches and wraps. I had the«hobo» wrap which has egg, cheese and bacon, maybe potatoes too. Was tasty. Often they have a long line on weekends and this speaks for itself. The atmosphere is pretty sterile in design qualities; basic tables and chairs, plain walls with some country breakfast signs. Service is good up front, but the guy who brings out the breakfast could stand to be friendlier. Overall a solid bagel/donut addition to the Devon/Wayne area that we enjoy frequenting on weekends. This place can be seen when exiting the main Whole Foods entrance as it is directly across the street, but may be difficult to spot directly off of route 30.

4FRESH donuts for $ 4.50. You can’t beat that. And they’d be at least $ 3 more at my Philly favorite small donut chain. Fresh squeezed orange juice is reasonable too.
