One of the better Starbucks locations in the area. Free wifi by Google. Employees are courteous. Solid resource nearby.

I never really go inside. I mostly do drive thru so that is what this is based on. I have one point off because I hate the set up of the drive thru. It is short and in the morning the cars are blocking main traffic trying to get in and when your in the line all the drive thru cars are blocking in all the parked customer cars. Then after all that waiting cars try to slip in and cut you off from another way when your close to pulling into where you can actually give your order. It burns me. I know it’s stupid but I hate those people. You need to get in line and wait like everyone else. We all need to be some where so back of the line honey! Anyways. I will say that my coffee is always perfect and the staff are really nice people. I don’t recall names but it’s usually the same group and they are always nice. I order my drink and ask for 3 splenda. They always accommodate me and make it right and they are all seemly good employees. Not all your locations are like that. Treat them right Starbucks! You better pay them well. These people are what makes going to that store more pleasing than going to the others.

I am so happy they opened this location in Devon. It’s a daily stop for me. The people here are very articulate, quick, and friendly. They have a drive thru which to me is a MUST have! Biggest problem I have about this place is whoever thought this was a good location for this place was not thinking at all! It’s the tiniest place — the drive through is always a disaster because it blocks the very limited parking and there’s not enough space for and the drive through lane is so tiny to get around. They need a much larger space for this Starbucks since it’s so busy!

Just skip this and give your business to small mom and pop shops like Poor Richards Coffee down the street which has organic grass fed dairy, is cheaper and is much more comfortable than this Starbucks which has about 3 high-tops, 4 comfy leather chairs(the only comfortable seating in the whole place) and one huge wood table. You could also go to Gryphon Café in downtown Wayne. Im so sick of over priced Starbucks with chemical ingredients and dairy from grain fed cows full of hormones and antibiotics.

A starbucks. During the weekends, the drive through is fast and a breeze. On weekday mornings, not only is it backed up to lancaster, but the cars waiting block the entire parking lot as well. There is a small outside seating area but it is an unshaded concrete slab sitting directly on top of the exit side of drive through lane.

So good. The people that work there are always so friendly! The drive thru can be a little slow, but that is only because they take the time to craft your drink/food with love! I will miss coming to this Starbucks when I move. O and the parking lot doesn’t suck near as much as the rest!

I really like this place for studying – they don’t pressure you to leave and the atmosphere is nice and quiet. One issue is that it’s a little small, with only 3 or 4 small 2-person tables and one larger table(indicated for handicapped, but I think usually used by business people or students who need to spread out. There’s a small sofa area(very small, one loveseat and two small armchairs) in the corner. I have noticed that there are a few employees that seem to have no patience for the customers and act a little tiny bit condescendingly, but I also keep in mind that this is a drive through Starbucks and they are constantly busy(a LOT of people use that drive thru. haha) so with that in mind, it’s not such a big deal. I can’t say much for their coffee – it’s always tasted a little too heavy/burnt-ish to me, but I do like their tea lattes.

OK I usually rate Starbucks a 3 star, but this one has a drive-through! WOW! So I’m pulling up and wondering how I’m going to put the half n half in my coffee because I don’t want those silly little containers that you have to pull open, potentially spilling them all yourself or your car, so I ask the nice attendant person, can I have cream and will you put it in the coffee for me? And she says yes! And I got the coffee and it tasted better than I usually do it. Hmmm, maybe all these years I’ve been putting too little cream in my Starbucks coffee? Or too much. I don’t know, I didn’t even open it, I just drank it. It was pretty good.
