Phoenix, AZ
Moved my account to Prescott from Phoenix in April. No water. Called Customer Service, they advised I was out of luck until next delivery. Pushed the issue and water appeared at my door the next day. Suspended service in August while out of town on vacation. Upon return, no water delivered at scheduled restart. Customer Service advised the «truck broke down» and I received 2x the regular order the next day. Ugh. Each time I call, it’s terminal mind numbing HOLD. Unreal. And to think this was ordered through COSTCO. COSTCO should vet thus vendor again. Performance sucks! Will be cancelling.

Prescott Valley, AZ
This the 2nd time this month that my scheduled delivery wasn’t delivered. No reason why. No contact saying it would not be delivered. On hold both times for over 45 minutes with customer service. Supervisor was suppose to call the last time and never called. This also happened in March. Would never recommend this company. Been a customer for over 5 years.

Terrible service, won’t fix a problem in a timely manner, and they are not apologetic. I do not recommend this to anyone. Water delivery drivers are also rude.
