Orchard Ranch Mobile Home Park

Orchard Ranch is a 55 and older Manufactured home and RV park. Most residents are seasonal or full time, but they do have an area for over night RVs. We were there Friday through Monday a.m. Check in was pretty basic, security guard showed me an available site and I filled out a form, put my cash in an envelope and dropped it in a slot. The office is also closed on weekends. I was on my own until Monday a. m with the exception of a friendly work camper that cleaned restrooms on the weekend. The laundry was pretty nice, but no change machines. There was no «free» wifi as I am use to with most RV parks these days. Rest rooms were Ok but nothing to brag about. Prescott Valley and Prescott are close with lots of shopping variety, that made all the difference.
