Another Touch of Class

Worst salon ever. The name is an insult to even include the word «Class» since the owner’s wife demonstrated none of that on my visit. I would not even recommend this salon to people who I can’t stand. My hair (which is of what some call «good texture») was not flat ironed correctly. My only reason for even trying this salon was because my hairdresser was out on maternity leave and I needed somewhere close (other than L.A.) to get my hair done. I was not pleased and especially when I received major attitude from her about since I was complaining. I don’t care how many years you’ve being doing hair, it doesn’t count if you haven’t been doing it right in the first place.
Obviously, customer satisfaction and building clientele is not priority for the owner’s interest. Other stylist’s kept telling her to calm down but her lack of professionalism got the best of her. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is the perfect place if you want your hair to look fabolous. Kendra really cares about the care of your hair and it shows through the outcome. Her blow drying and pressing skills leaves your hair looking great and it lasts. Visit her and the salon soon!
