Batniji Samir, DDS

Dr. Samir Batniji is an EXCELLENT Endodontist. He’s performed a few root canals on me and though this is strange to say, I had the most pleasant and calming experience. Trust me, I’ve been to a good number of root specialists, and by far, he’s the best. Incredibly thorough, extremely attentive to details, and very skilled with his hands and techniques. He’s always been very straightforward and honest about his analysis. I have learned so much about teeth, nerves, and roots after seeing him.
The front desk ladies are always very efficient with scheduling, billing, and pretty upbeat when dealing with patients.

My experience was great. After having a Root Canal at LaVerne Dental Group, my dentist, Dr. Jeong said it wasn’t done correctly and sent me to Dr. Batniji. They re-​did my root canal… then back to Dr. Jeong. After the root canal was completed, Dr. Jeong said he couldn’t crown it afterall and I’d need an implant. He then called Dr. Batniji and explained that the root canal was in vain, and Dr. Batniji agreed to credit me ½ of what they had charged me for the rt canal! I’m heading back there today for a second Root Canal on a different tooth, and they informed me that they would apply the credit to this root canal. Extremely Satisfied! After all, it wasn’t they’re fault that I ended up needing an implant.

Had a root canal with Dr. Raaed Batniji and although I was secretly terrified of the pain, he assured me that I would be okay and wouldnt feel a thing. He was definitely right, there was no pain during the procedure and very minimal afterwards. I am really glad I chose this place as I am not from the area and had just moved to California from New York. Very professional and welcoming, I would reccomend this office to any one that is in need of a root canal.

I went to the rancho office since its closer to my house and they were able to do the root canal the same day. The staff was very informative and nice. The dr was very patient and was willing to accommodate to my needs. Highly satisfied! Wish I could say I would definitely return but I don’t plan on needing any more root canals :)

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The secretary in the office for billing was dishonest, two-​faced, and fake. A receipt for a root canal for $ 1,013 had my dental insurance covering $ 494.00 while I would be paying $ 519.00 out of pocket in August 2013. I was assured multiple times this would be the final charge. The following month, THIS VERY OFFICE, sends me a bill for an ADDITIONAL $ 163.00 charge that is to be due 10÷07÷13. I escalated this to my insurance company twice to no avail. I just contacted their office and no one is present to assist in the matter. Just another example of a «professional» who is out to get more money than what was initially advised to the customer and CHARGING $ 163.00 AFTER THE PROCEDURE WAS COMPLETE and having ZERO notification that this was even a remote possibility going forward. I cannot stand these people. They are money-​hungry individuals who have no care in the world for their patients and just look at them for their money really. I am extremely livid, disappointed, distraught, and confused. No one can seem to explain what transpired here, yet I’m obligated to pay $ 163.00 within 2 weeks for no apparent reason. Downright blasphemy. I will never recommend this place to anyone in the future of mankind.

This doctor has zero bedside manner and complete disregard for the patients physical condition. Left me waiting in his chair in excruciatiing pain (that he created) for over 1 hour.
