Best dermatologist around (and I’ve tried many) she is caring and compassionate and gets results. She’s currently treating my 95 year old Gma and has gotten a raving review

I’ve been a client of Dr Mendoza since 1988. Dr Mendoza is truly an awesome and compassionate physician and her staff are very kind when treating a person who suffers with acne and scarring and the stigmas associated with it. It is so hard to find a empathetic and trustworthy individual who actually looks at you as a whole. I pray for more people in this profession to be like that and to have a staff who enhances such a positive experience each time you have to see the MD.

I have been seeing Dr Mendoza for several years now. I have referred all of my family members to Dr Mendoza and advised many friends to see this most wonderful Dermatologist. Dr Mendoza is super sweet and very committed to your health. Dr Mendoza has the greatest staff ever. The girls are so kind and super professional!!!

Probably has the rudest and most unfriendly receptionist ever! I will not go back to the office because of the receptionist. Apparently she is a friend of the doctor and she acts like her bulldog. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was literally laughing because I asked for a Thursday appointment because the Dr has surgery on Thursdays. How would I know that? Everything with the receptionist was an ordeal so I will go elsewhere.

Having battled with acne in the past, I know how frustrating it can be for people trying to find a good dermatologist. I tried several doctors before someone recommended me to Dr. Mendoza. I came here about 6 – 7 years ago with terrible acne. Dr. Mendoza examined my face and explained what needed to be done. Then her nurses came in and explained everything in detail. What I really like about all of them is that they take their time and they genuinely care about the patient.
I don’t go there as much anymore because my skin has vastly improved and I don’t need acne medications anymore. But I made it to this point because of Dr. Mendoza and her staff (Mary and Michelle to be specific).
Thanks to their hard work, I get a lot of compliments on my skin now :)

Got what I needed! Okay service

I have been going to Dr. Mendoza for years now. She provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable. She is also very current when it comes to procedures, she stays in tune with whats new and what really works. I would recommend her to anyone. I have already sent 5 coworkers her way and they love her too.

Dr. Mendoza is an excellent dermatologist. She’s helped my husband, myself, and my daughter. She is an excellent surgeon, incredibly talented and trustworthy. She is calm and brilliant professional. The customer service is excellent in their clean and welcoming office. I would recommend her for both adults and children!

Ive gone to this office 6x and I have to say I am thoroughly pleased with the service. I went for a peel and I took my wife here because she had a serious rash. They evaluated her and the doctor gave her a prescription. My wife was pleased and hasn’t had a problem with her skin since. We go here all the time. One complaint I have is one of the nurses they have on staff is rude and unprofessional. I believe her name is Rex or Reesie but she has no business being there. She acts like she doesn’t love her job and it shows when she deals with customers. They should fire her or get her some sort of customer service classes. Other then that the rest of the staff, I believe their names are Michelle and Grace, are the most knowledgeable individuals I’ve dealt with. Thy should open up their own practice.
Unlike the other reviewer on here, I’ve never had problems with copayment or insurance. They do it by the book so don’t even worry about that.
If you need a good place to do for dermatology related issues I highly recommend this place.
