Diamond Crest Cleaners

So I tried this cleaners out for an alterations for my son’s suit. I will say this I WILL NEVER GO BACK ever again. They messed around and jack up his pants by taking to much in and the cuff in the length was to short.

It’s hard finding a good cleaners when you move. I did this from South Diamond Bar to North Diamond Bar and was disappointed time and again. Finally, while at ACE Hardware I spotted Diamond Crest Cleaners. I tried them out and never left. That was almost 10 years ago.
I have read the negative reviews posted about this dry cleaners and I just have to wonder what the heck happened. I’ve been using this establishment sometimes twice a week without ANY problems… OK, one. I once bought two shirts of different colors. On one of them the color changed. I had previously taken it in to a Dry Cleaners while onboard a cruise ship and there wasn’t any problem. I told Mr. Park, the owner, that it had been dry cleaned before without mishap so it must have been something at his store. He gave me several reasons why the shirt did this and why it wouldn’t have been his fault but I was adamant. Mr. Park smiled and said he would take care of it.
Next thing I know, he had ordered the same shirt from the internet and gave it to me along with the shirt that had changed to a different color, both dry cleaned and ready to go… NO CHARGE! A month or two went by and I was wearing the «changed» one as much as the other two. I felt guilty about it and tried to pay Mr. Park for the replacement shirt. He wouldn’t hear of it. He just smiled and said the customer is always right. How can you argue with that?
Mrs. Park has been mending my ripped shirts and pants, the ones I just don’t want to throw away… the guys know what I mean. She’s been shortening pant legs and hemming high end dress cloths purchased on the internet by my wife and has never missed a stitch… excuse the pun!
I don’t plan on moving from my home in Diamond Bar ever. My wife and I plan to live there until, well until we don’t need dry cleaning or anything else anymore. Our only fear is that we outlive the Parks, THEN what would we do for Dry Cleaning? Ha!
We are very pleased with the service we’ve received from Diamond Crest Cleaners all these years. Their prices are competitive, and their business ethics are superb! I wish I could say that about every business I deal with in this town but I can’t. It sure is refreshing to know that there are a handful of small business owners like Mr. & Mrs. Park at Diamond Crest Cleaners, that I can depend on always! I have no problem referring anyone to use their service.

I live right around the corner from this hidden spot and well i honestly am not happy.16.00 bucks to cuff my jeans. wow!!way over priced. took my brand new jeans there with the tags attached and they came back tagless. why would they take off my tags for? i didnt take them off for a reason. i wont be coming here agian. dont go here people. rip offs and rip your tags off .no bueno

First of all, it was $ 95 for 19 items. I usual pay $ 1.75 per item at my old place.
1^st strike: When I first walked in I was in line and they took the person behind me! I was astonished!!!
2^nd strike: I went to pick up my clothes and THEY did it again. I was at the register and they stopped me from paying to help this regular customer and took tier clothes. WTF!!! I can’t believe it!!!
3^rd strike: They said they may have lost an item. She said, «I think we may have double counted an item.» Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints… WTF. All she indicated is that she put 19 and only has 18 to give me. I took a lot there, how am I suppose to remember???
Three strikes and you’re out! Avoid this place totally of you’re new to the area because they will treat crap if you’re not a «regular» client.

Essentially all you do is dry cleaning. You’re not splitting atoms. Didn’t offer a discount. $ 95 for 18 items…

Brought a jacket to them for dry cleaning and asked if they could clean two tiny but faint food stains spots on the jacket. The lady said they they would try. When I picked up the jacket today, not only were the 2 faint food stain spots still there, there are 2 new dark spots on the lapel. I asked the lady to take a look at the 2 dark spots but all she said was it could not be caused by them. She did not even want to examine the spots and just said that I brought the jacket in that way. She basically pushed the fault to the customer. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Will never use this cleaner again.

I brought a pair of jeans for hemming but it looks as though it hadn’t been hemmed at all. They were going to charge another $ 8 bc it was supposedly my fault. Recommend you try on the clothes after picking them up

Highly recommend this dry cleaner if you are in the Diamond Bar/​Pomona/​Chino Hills area, or if you are on your way to work towards the IE! Not only is this dry cleaner conveniently located right off the 60 Freeway, the people who work here are so friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience here and I really think the prices are reasonable for the area and the quality work!

I don’t know much about pricing for dry cleaning, but I can say I was a happy camper after coming here. The place is a little hard to spot, but they are conveniently down the street for me. No problems so far with their services and I’ve used them about 3 times.
My favorite thing about this place is the Asian automatic greeter that greets you when you walk in.“herro, welcam”. And yes, I can make fun of that because I am Asian too…;)

Very friendly and very good dry cleaner. Prices are fair and the location is easy to get in and out of with a nice sized parking lot. The owner if super accomdating — even helping me to load my dry cleaning into my car. Recommended.
