Come to this one once in a while, try not to, because they always get my order wrong. Usually I let it go but this time I ask for grilled onions and the onions in my burger are burnt and black. Usually the worker seem too stressed to even smile and never feel really welcomed here. By far my favorite location is the Pomona one but this place is truly a bust.

Got damn it in n out. Get your damn orders right! My go to Innout since its next to work and they can’t seem to get my order correct any time. Decided to make it simple today. Number 2 with raw and whole grilled onions with chopped chilies. I usually get a cheeseburger with raw, whole grilled, and grilled onions with chopped chilies but they never get it right so I had to simplify this time. When I got to the window the lovely lady read me my order which was number 2 with raw and whole grilled and I asked her two times and she confirmed. Well look at that, I get my burger and no raw onions so I simply just let them know. No problem. I double asked this lady if there were chopped chilies and once again she confirmed yes. Now I drive back to the HQ and I’m just sadly looking at my chilliless burger. Very sad day I don’t have any spicy in my burger. I’m not going to not come here but get that shit together Innout!

Long wait, but i got the best burger from all in n outs ive been at. The lettuce and tomato was the coldest ive ever had and the burger was hot. Long wait was worth it. all in n out are consistent but this was the best

There’s always a lot of people in the drive-thru and the drive-thru is pretty small. Cars are always out of the drive way and onto the streets. There’s not a lot of parking for people who want to stay and eat either. There’s usually a Order person standing outside with an electronic pad taking your order while you’re in line. It makes the line go faster. I ordered a hamburger and fries. I told them I wanted light fries with light salt. When I got the fries. I was a little disappointed. There were so many fries that were burnt and hard and not the way I wanted it. In my head, imagine if I didn’t order light fries… I think I would have eaten hard fries that are going to be probably burnt.

This is the worst in-and-out ever. Every time i go through drive thru here, it ALWAYS takes longer than 25 mins. Currently i got here at 10:30 in the morning and right now it is 10:51 and i’m still waiting behind someone.

Definitely one of the smaller In N Outs in the area — it’s more for a drive through convenience than sitting out and enjoying the meal The wait here is usually really long but it’s just because of the amount of people who come through. Service here lacks sometimes, but to be fair it’s constantly hectic. The food is still good, nothing else to complain about. I’ll visit another In N Out if I can, but for those days when you just want to leave the house in PJs to grab some food, this is the place to go.

There’s nothing as frustrating as screaming down the freeway with mad hunger and seeing, all too late, that another In N Out was at that last off ramp. If only you’d known, if only Waze showed In N Outs instead of that god forsaken McDonalds crapulence, you could have been eating an Animal Style Cheeseburger, trying not to drip spread on your new pants or upholstery, all while holding the wheel with one hand and a large cold drink between your knees(there’s too much kid junk in the cup holders…) Experience pays, and I made it a point to learn my 60 exit for this Diamondbar burger joint. The drive thru line is usually long, but moves quickly, thanks to those efficient and perpetually cheerful employees. Their training shows when they respond to your«how are ya?» with a «wonderful, thank you for asking!» or passing sticker sheets to me when they spot the kiddo car seats in the quad cab. Consistently good, with little to no variation at any franchise location makes In N Out reliably good, from Santa Nella on the I-5 below SF, to San Diego on the I-5 before Mission Bay. Training diet doesn’t help me enjoy this very much, but when I get the bURGEr, it’s on.

Worst in n out i’ve been to and i love my in n out. This location has no indoor or outdoor seating and narrowest of narrow drive-thru. I ordered my usual cheeseburger and light fries. What i got in return was medium rare(i saw pink) patty and burned beyond recognition fries. If i wanted steak, i would go to a steakhouse. I wanted a burger. Besides, i didn’t even make it complicated by mixing and matching and this is the crap i get. Yes, i should have checked my order but i like giving people benefit of the doubt. Never again. Thanks but no thanks.

So i ordered a grilled cheese with only grilled onions on it. I got a grilled cheese with everything on it. Guy was nice, had it made again, but it still came out wrong. Usually they always use two bottom buns. It totally sucked. The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. It really sucked. Super small location. And it gets overly crowded. Not ever coming here again.

I don’t have to explain to Californians how taste it is. When you have visitors from out of the country or even other states, you must take them to In-N-Out. I would like to make a note that the Diamond Bar location doesn’t have inside seating, but they have patios. It’s SoCal so I have no problem seating outside until it gets chilly after dark.

The guy with a high pitch voice, you think you are quick and smart, you are just rude. Have less attitude and work harder.

The drive through was a bit clumsy. The food was«cheap» and inexpensive. That can’t be real cheese. Ichy!

So this is one of the original locations, I was told that this was the 15th store that the In N Out family opened. I think they constructed 34 of these small, double drive-through’s. Today the service was fantastic, my food was great and this store gets five stars all the way.

Worst in n out I’ve ever been to in my life. Service was horrible and they and Maria was very rude and after telling her my order and verifying it they still got it wrong. Long wait.

Because hearing all the hype from my friends to come here when in Cali. I have decided to indeed try it out. The prices for this chain is pretty good, compared to McDonald’s it’s about the same. However the burger is actually quite tasty I have to say. Rich and with lot of flavor.(I still like shake shack better sorry) The animal fries, which everyone said was to die for was just alrite. I find you must have a good balance of the sauce and fries or else if you put too much it taste kinda funky.

This is a small small small In-n-Out. Located next to Shell, and only viable to really get in heading West on Golden Springs, In-n-out drive thru is tiny tiny tiny! They have a REALLY small shop with 2 drive-thru windows and they do have some«window» ordering too(if you can find a place to park). They have a few tables outside you can sit at, along with restrooms, but this place can line up pretty fast. I went at 10.30am so I was okay, but it still took the normal time that it usually takes for In-n-Out to make it, surprisingly enough. Ordered a protein hamburger b/c for some odd reason, the credit card I have has an «offer» at 4 In-n-Outs, and this is the only one relatively close to me(2 in SD), and so thus here I went! :) They have really nice service and give you a «car mat» too for your food. The food tastes as good as other In-n-Outs, and relatively speaking, with 3 workers inside, they do manage pretty well. Wait til the rush comes! People have to be on the road waiting to get inside, and the people who have to make a Left turn into In-n-out hog up the center divider. Yep it can get pretty filled up pretty fast. Next to Shell at Brea Canyon & Golden Springs.

Old school location. Right nearby the 57 and 60 freeway intersection so it’s easy on and off. My only caveat with this location is that the drive way is so short and sometimes, your car is hanging out in the street. Times like that, I usually just park the darn car and go walk up. Tip: Get a double double animal style with chopped chilies. You’ll thank me later.

Food: I almost always drive-thru and order the usual Double Double x2. They have such a basic menu and are so well known, there’s really not much to add to describing their food. The Double Double is a very good inexpensive burger. However don’t be expecting a gourmet burger. You’ll need to pay around $ 10+ for those kind of burgers elsewhere. For a burger under $ 4, you’ll be hard pressed to find something as good as an In-n-Out Double Double. Service: For such as small staff, they are quick and you’ll still get the same quality In-n-Out burger that you’ve come to expect. However if you want yours a special style, you just might not get it perfectly the way that you want it. I would suggest coming here only for the original style. Location: Conveniently located where the 57 and 60 intersect. This place is a tiny little operation. There’s no indoor seating and very few outdoor seating, so the majority are drive-thru customers which at times can lead to very long line of cars. You can however walk-up and place your order as well.

My favorite burger joint of all time that I rave about. I love everything about it. 1. Price: SOOOOOCHEAPANDAFFORDABLEFOR A BURGER! Honestly, can you beat $ 2.05 for a regular hamburger or even $ 3.45 for a DOUBLEDOUBLE?! I think not: P 2. Food: EVERYTHINGISSOFRESHANDSOYUMMY! I love how you can custom order your fries(get them well done, extra crispy, etc) and choices for animal style, protein style, etc. to have your PERFECT burger. **Droooooool** 3. Staff: SOFRIENDLY! Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and always get a warm greeting. Super quick service, so even though the line may seem long, it really never takes more than.5−10mins to order(that’s when they’re the busiest!) 4. Parking: This location there is .like…no parking available to eat in your car. It’s really mainly for drive-thru only as they have 2 lines for drive thru so lines move quickly. Good for people on the go! If you’re looking to sit and eat indoors there is another location on Colima or Walnut. 5. Customer Service: EXCEPTIONAL. I think there has been an instance where my brother found what seemed to be something like a wood piece in his burger(Not sure how the hell that happened) but when my brother called In-N-Out about it, they sent him a free meal certificate. So awesome of them! And for that reason we will always go back! Note: No indoor seating here… I actually don’t even think there’s outdoor seating here either… Fun fact: I have had In-N-Out for Lunch AND Dinner once… or maybe a couple times… heh…
