This great location was recommended by a client, as it is on the drive back home.
The staff took great care to pay attention to my needs when I entered the store. I felt like a VIP, and had different staff members answering my questions, making recommendations and getting the exact make up I was needed. This was particularly impressive, as the store was putting on a demonstration/​class, and the staff was making sure everything in the course went well. I didn’t have the same sales person for the entire shopping experience, but the communication of the staff was very good, as I was professionally passed on to someone else who was just freed up and had all of my correct needs passed on. Yes, I was being handed over to another staff member, but it felt like an actual upgrade, from the clerk to one of the managers personally handling my selection. Very well done, making me feel very confident about the level of attention.
I can’t complain about the products and prices, as I love Shisheido and the Clere de Peau products do wonders for my appearance. Worth every penny.
This may be my new place to restock, if I am ever in need and out here in again.
My only issue? Getting my account information from corporate to come up on their register/​computer system. Took longer than I would have liked, compared the rest of the great shopping experience. But now I am in their system, everything should be easier from now on.

I’ve lived in the area forever and just came in here on a whim. The girl working had two clients already before I came in and I was perfectly ok with waiting until she had finished helping her other guests. I was pleasantly surprised when she asked her current customer to please hold a moment and came over to ask what I was looking for /​needed. She made good recommendations and wasn’t overly pushy like some people in this occupation tend to do. I was in and out in less than ten minutes and experiences one of the greatest acts of customer service ever. Will definitely come back. Store was extremely clean and simplistically chic.

The girls that work here are all super cute and nice. Their Shiseido selection is extensive, moreso catering to the surrounding demographic (mature, lightskinned asian ladies). Very cool that they carry items not typically found at department store Shiseido counters. I have made one purchase here but haven’t returned since.
