Hmmm… things must have changed a bit since 2012. I went into the store today with my friend to purchase some hair color. We asked twice if there was anyone there who was a color specialist and got no answer from the girl working at the front. My friend had to stick her head in the back room to find the Manager, Becky. When we asked Becky a couple of questions about the different colors we were looking at, she was dismissive and rude and asked if my friend even had her cosmotology license. It was like pulling teeth to get any product information out of this chick. Next time, I will be visiting a different store.
