Haven’t been here in a while and the quality has definitely deteriorated from the last time I was here.

2 stars credit for the young lady who toke my order who said sorry after i told them that they gave me the wrong order. I thank you for that. I’ve been here couple of times because i liked the foods and they are claiming that their foods are MSG free. It is just today that i got disappointed because i ordered foods for to go and when i opened it was different from what i’ve ordered. I came back and showed the foods to them expecting offer for replacement but the guy in the cashier who gave me my foods earlier didn’t even admit for the mistake instead he just turn his back from me. POORCUSTOMERSERVICE. HOWMUCHISYOURSMILE? I just did’nt mind you for not giving my change for the extra boba without you aknowledging even thank yous! but for your customer satisfaction… be sensitive no smiley guy! I will not come back to this place anymore.

Today’s visit was disappointing. I ordered some appetizers and meals to go along with 2 drinks. I asked if they wld split one of the drinks for me(like they had done before), & the guy who took my order told me no – that it was their policy. So is this a new policy? Cuz they never told me this before, and always did it for me without a problem. So I offered to pay an additional fee for the«split cup» & he still said no. Wth? He wasn’t friendly at all, and was short and rude with me. I guess when your just an employee, you just don’t care… Cuz the owner wasn’t like this at all!

I come here all the time to pick up a honey lemon green tea! It’s perfectly sweet and refreshing when you need a pick-me-up! Have bought food here a couple of times out of convenience and it was just okay. Overall, it’s a good place for a quick tea pick up, but not the best place to hang out or study as it is quite small and most people that sit there are eating full on meals there.

One day while I was at work minding my own business, my co-worker showed up and told me he was buying me lunch. I was like, heck yes! Who says no to free lunch?! Well, later on I found out he wanted me to dog sit for him over the weekend. Lesson learned, there is no free lunch in this world. Tealicious was the choice. Tealicious is located the same plaza as Starbucks; the parking could be bad but not impossible. When we went inside, there were no customers, so we thought it was going to be a quick lunch. Oh how we were so wrong… Apparently, this restaurant is famous for lunch take out and during the time we were waiting for our food, I saw many people came in and out nonstop, but no one sat down to eat like us. Sigh. We ordered #1 Basil Chicken with Rice, #12 House Special Stew Pork Rice, and an order of popcorn chicken. Maybe it was me, but for $ 7.25 a dish, the portion looked small to me and our popcorn chicken didn’t show up until there were only two bites of rice left. The flavor of the chicken and pork were both on the sweeter side and very average tasting. Popcorn chicken was bland and no salt and pepper could save it. The only good thing was the meal came with a free tea(choice of black, green, or milk tea), but that did not make up for the food at all. There was free wifi in the restaurant, but same was Starbucks. The service was almost non-existent due to the busy foot traffic in the restaurant with only one guy being the cashier, server, drink mixer, and bus boy. I seriously didn’t understand why there were so many people getting the take out. Maybe I should be nosy and see what other people order next time, if that ever happens.

So the only reason why I’m here is because my friend gave me her completed stamp card. I checked in on Unilocal and there was a pretty good offer on a $ 3 large strawberry smoothie. When I asked them about it, they weren’t willing to honor it! It’s quite unfair in my opinion to advertise a deal and then not honor it. I won’t be coming back.

I love their stewed pork feet. The broth for their soup is made from scratch I their store. It’s delicious.

Dan Dan Mien was different, it’s a bit sour, kind of tasted like sweet and sour sauce, no meat. Beef noodle soup was good. Stewed pork rice was ok. Thai tea tasted strange also, it didn’t taste like the ones you get other places, like different spices or something.

The Check in special is not offered anymore because they have a new owner. It was my first visit and wanted to try their strawberry smoothie but was told they would not honor it. Highly disappointed to say the least. Got a green tea with jelly and it was good but not sure if I’ll go back or not due to lack of customer service.

Their drinks are just alright here, nothing to special. The drinks definitely don’t taste bad. This is a great place to go if you want a cheap and fast boba drink. Don’t forget that this place is CASHONLY also.

Did they really just stick my milk tea in a microwave and charge me 4 dollars for it?! Why yes, yes they did. They also use powder for the milk teas. I can tell because I can see and taste the undissolved milk powder. Cash only and there is a 10 dollar minimum for credit cards. The staff was not very welcoming and did not crack one smile the whole time I was there(and I was the only customer). My boyfriend really likes the Taiwanese munchies here(noodle soups, popcorn chicken) but I don’t think I will be coming back for another drink anytime soon.

Not the best Taro Milk Tea. Powder used for taro/milk flavor. How i know? There were clumbs of it left in the drink, making an overall grainy liquid. The boba are not sweet. If you like your boba tasting like pretty much nothing, go here. My intention for this review is that they will make the drink better the next time i come. Also, like most places, $ 10 min for credit cards.

I ordered stewed pork chop combo. Not the best. But it comes with free tea. I’m a tea drinker. I always drink tea. But with the name with TEAlicious, the tea was TEArrible. It tastes old like a little sour.

when you want CHEAP milk tea that’ll put you back less than $ 3… tealicious is a good choice it seems more like a café restaurant than a boba shop(most people eating in have food on their tables) BUT the workers were nice enough to let me camp out & study –coffee milk tea: nice strong coffee taste –taro smoothie w/coffee jelly: the smoothie was a bit powdery unfortunately, but i enjoyed the coffee jelly NOTE: CASHONLY

— Gluttony Expedition — Wonton noodle soup: The soup is good. No msg. Wonton is just ok. Some noodle in it. Good soup! — Conqueror’s Deduction — It’s not just a «boba tea» place here. The food here isn’t bad at all. Free Wi-Fi and plug for your phone/laptop. It’s just cold — bring your jacket ;p I’m a frequent here ;)

Meh. A lot of times when I came here, they were out of big boba. Really? On a friday afternoon around 4pm you’re out of boba? Today they’re also out of boba, they only have small boba, and when I got my drink, some of them were still hard. Good thing I like chewy stuff, so I didn’t say anything. I come mainly for their boba and popcorn chicken and spicy wonton. Their spicy wonton needs some salt. Their fried tofu is ok. I prefer Lollicup’s fried tofu. I ordered a large jasmine milk tea with boba + pudding, fried tofu and spicy wonton and it ended up being $ 14 something. Idk if that’s considered expensive or not. I would still come here if there’s no other options. Their service is good though. They take credit card with a minimum of $ 10.

I come here all the time to Tealicious, and I can’t believe I haven’t written a post about it yet! Prices are around $ 7.25 with solid portions. Staff is friendly and attentive, they recognize us when we come in and that makes a regular feel awesome! Often we come in just for boba milk tea(regular or large sizes), which they also carry in various flavors, including Lavender milk tea– my addiction when living in Taipei. Every now & then we actually eat here, and the food is very good! It is a small spot clustered in a mini-mall, so it can be tough to pick out, and it can be picked over for a fancier atmosphere. The interior isn’t anything to write about, as barebones and simple as a boba bar, with small photos lining the walls of menu items with prices. I find myself craving the beef noodle soup, or pork dumplings, or maybe just popcorn chicken, and when I do I come here. They have excellent Taiwanese bento: rice, hard boiled egg, chicken leg, sauteed eggplant, broccolli. The authenticity of the cuisine is noteworthy, its not trying to be the best, its just serving good Taiwanese cuisine. All of their broths are made from scratch in the store. I could see it doing very well by the locals in Taiwan, nestled into a street market and having a line out the door during lunch. But here in Diamond Bar, I’ve never had to wait in line at Tealicious… although I would!

Tealicious has been around for at least 8 years and though it’s just a 5 minute drive from where I live, I’ve only been here 4 or 5 times! They are popular for their drinks, but surprisingly, the food is actually pretty good, too. I’ve only eaten here 2 out of the 4 – 5 times I’ve been here, but have been happy with both experiences! Here’s what I’ve had: — Seasonal Boiled Vegetable($ 3.99): I asked for cabbage, which they didn’t usually offer for this dish, so the waitress said the chef would customize and cook one for me! That was really nice. The chef stir fried and seasoned a delicious plate of cabbage & I couldn’t be happier with it. — Beef Noodle Soup($ 7.25): This was decently good. Delicious chunks of hearty beef, good amount of veggies, and it’s a bit on the salty side, but it was still flavorful and satisfying. It would have been cool if you had the option to choose the thickness of your noodles, but the noodles they give you are tasty and has a nice, chewy texture. — Popcorn Chicken($ 4.99): I think this dish a a bit overpriced given the measly portion size and many of the chicken pieces were just fried pieces of batter or fried chicken fat. Still a tasty dish, but I’d prefer to have more lean chunks of fried chicken than batter and fat! — Fried Pork Chop($ 5.99): Generous portion! I really like the tasty pork chops here. So good and nicely fried! — Taiwanese Sausage($ 4.99): Love this dish! Comes with sliced garlic, cilantro, and the sausage is nicely sliced up for you. Very juicy and full of flavor! — Boba milk tea(regular: $ 2.59/large: $ 3.09): Creamy, smooth milk tea with soft & delicious boba! Very tasty here. — Watermelon Juice(regular: $ 2.59/large: $ 3.09): Very refreshing and not overly sweet! One thing that irked me was one of the unfriendly workers. There’s this younger female worker(early 20’s) who never smiles or greets customers. She seems to have such an attitude and has an unfriendly demeanor. The middle aged woman is really cool, though! I have yet to have a bad experience with their food and drinks, so I’m giving Tealicious a solid 4 star rating!
