Service was good. The issue I have is that they don’t take credit cards, and when you use your debit card it has to be a minimum of $ 10; otherwise they charge you an extra .60 cents, which is funny to me. I have to pay money to use money? Well anyway I order the taro milk tea HOT of course and matcha milk tea. Ratio was good and pretty smooth for the taro milk tea. The matcha was fine for the first 5 sips, after that I was wondering and questioning what I was drinking, but there was a hint of matcha, so I remembered I was drinking matcha milk tea, which was fine with me, i like it when my drink make me think. The hours are 11am-10pm. I think this should be a 3.5 review. I would go back and give it another chance to see.

I guess this locations still open because it is close to college. I went to so many place and Their drinks are the worst boba drinks ever. I can’t even finish it due to bitter taste. And they have nothing special. I personally recommend tea station. They have lots special drinks over there and taste WAYBETTER. Never come back again:(

Seems to be not enough workers, but they still manage well on time. I got a regular boba milk tea, which was $ 3 and was more on the sweet side. I used to get the popcorn chicken, but $ 5 for a little bag isn’t worth it anymore in my opinion.

I like that this shop is so close to Mt SAC and that I can quickly get boba before or after class. However, the last two times I’ve gone I wasn’t impressed. This time I ordered an almond milk tea with boba. The taste was way too bitter and there were clumps of powder from not mixing it well. It’s fast service and it has been quiet the two times I’ve gone, which is convenient. It’s good to have when I’m close by but only then. I wouldn’t drive out of my way to have this.

Love this place! I attend Cal Poly Pomona which is quite close and used to come here almost everyday to get my boba fix when I was«addicted» to Boba. I like to order my drinks less sweet as I don’t like the sugar to over power the flavor. I LOVETHEIRMINIBOBA!!! I literally can almost never find that anywhere else. Lavender milk tea was my favorite, but I think they removed it from their menu. But their almond milk tea is also quite good! It’s not the best spot to study as the place is quite small. I still stop by now and then!

Good place to study and get my BOBA in. Justine is really down to earth and created my drink I usually get from back home(Sacramento) that they don’t have on the menu. It wasn’t bad for her first time making it compared to others out here and she was sweet about it. I’ll definitely go to her again.

Bought 4 drinks and the guy who was taking my orders never offered me frequent buyer card, yet people behinds us who bought 1 or 2 drinks he offer them the frequent buyers card. He’s NOT friendly at all! Compared to other lollicup. Well guess what,? The owner of that business always in our store and I will def let him know about it#

Great place to hang out and study with friends. Staff are relatively nice. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Wifi is great for browsing web but it in order use it you have purchase something and the password will be on your receipt. The restroom requires a key, so be sure ask staff members for it.

This place has the BEST Popcorn Chicken! It also has a great staff and atmosphere for college students to meet up, hang out, chill, and possibly get some classwork done. Been coming to this place since I was a freshman at Mt. Sac. This place was so convenient since it was right across the street from campus! Overall, hands down, they have the best popcorn chicken. The seasoning is perfect, the spice is perfect, and it is definitely one of the snacks that I’ll have a craving for. I live in Ontario, and I am more than happy to make the drive to Walnut to satisfy my boba and popcorn chicken fix. The drinks that I and my boyfriend mostly order are the Almond Milk Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea, Lavender Milk Tea, Matcha Milk Tea, Rainbow Snow, and Peach Snow. For my preference, I believe their boba is perfectly cooked. It has the right texture and«chewy”-ness. And of course, if I haven’t stressed it enough, we almost always walk out with a bag of Spicy Lolli-Chicken. Overall, regardless of the distance, this place is definitely one of my top picks for boba!

The tea is way too sweet for my taste. However the staff is awesome! If I was still in college, I would probably live here.

Went there last week, everything is good but the chicken, the price for that amount its not really worth…, when I got my order I was like. Wow is someone eating half of my bag of chicken already or what?.., so makes me have to go to Diamond Bar lollicup to buy another one with same price when im otw home…, i think they sould consider and check the amount of the popcorn chicken before give to customer

I really enjoyed this location! It was very nice and small, a great place to get work done and enjoy time with friends over a nice cup of tea! I tried the honey milk green tea and it was amazing! It had me up all night though lol great for exams week! If you’re in the area this a must try!

I haven’t been to any Lollicup in ages. Lollicup just sounds so outdated when it comes to boba tea places, it just doesn’t sound very appealing anymore. Only reason I came here is because it’s extremely close to my house and my buddy Paul H. told me this is one of the few places that has ginger milk tea. The ginger milk tea is quite good with a strong ginger burn. I would prefer it with less sugar but the flavor is definitely there. I also tried one of its new sea salt drinks, Sea Salt Green Tea, which was also tasty. I asked for very little sugar and it came out perfect. It’s located across the street from Mt. Sac so there’s usually some college students studying here. I do prefer this Lollicup over some of its other locations because this one is quite clean and has a nice décor.

Drinks are okay but nothing special. Your typical Lollicup store, but I think it’s better than the Diamond Bar location. Service was fast and courteous. My hot almond milk tea was average. I probably wouldn’t come back here unless I was in the area… it’s a hassle that they don’t take credit card!

This place smells. I have no idea what that smell is but it’s not pleasant. The drinks are decent, nothing special. Reminds me of Quickly in Northern California. I always get a lavender milk tea here and it’s decent. I’d be careful when adding lychee jelly. I think they forget the strain the syrup when putting in the jelly because the lychee flavour is overpowering. Fast service. Good place to grab a quick boba

Is proximity from my home to a good ‘boba café’ important to me? Yes, obviously! Lollicup has never been and never will be my FIRST choice for drinks/snacks but out of convenience, I have become a frequent customer. Several college students come to study or hang out here, so you will rarely find this place empty. The workers here are friendly, efficient and keep the place clean. «Thai Iced Tea» and the«Strawberry Snow» have become my ‘usual’ drinks to order here. They have a large drink menu that consists of milk tea and milk lattes, fruit tea and fruit juice, slushes and smoothies, boba and jelly add-ons, etc., so hopefully you will find something that you enjoy! Unlike Coffee Break next door, Lollicup allows you to choose how spicy you would like your popcorn chicken to be. The popcorn chicken rice, fried rice, and other combos/snacks sold here are mediocre; decent for a mid-day craving, but nothing else. I will be back :)

Located right across from Mt. Sac. Their drinks are inconsistent at times, but for the most part, this location is convenient and pretty solid if I’m too lazy to go farther into Rowland Heights for better boba/tea. As for the drinks, sometimes, they’re too sweet but the service is great. If you have a problem with your order, they fix it for you without complaint. And the workers are always nice. The area is always clean, and there’s free wifi if you buy something. Their popcorn chicken isn’t bad either! There’s sofas and tables for studying or playing board games with friends. Waits aren’t long and they have quite the menu. I have to recommend the pomegranate tea lemonade though, just ask to make it less sweet.
