Beautiful views and great service. Vegan and vegetarian options as well as gluten free. They make pizza just write. The salads are awesome and they office wings and other bar foods for the coronary foodies! Plenty of room and full bar. Watch the skaters on the frozen lake or a life basketball game. Go UMass!!! Great draft bears as well!

This pizza place has a very unique verity of pizza, from vegan and gluten free to garbage pizza (everything on it) pizza is reasonably priced and great service. I would highly recommend!

Extremely Slow Pizza should be the name. Clearly they were having issues in the kitchen last night since the place was only half full. 25 minutes for a salad to come out… 45 for the pizza. Here’s the deal: I get it, if you’re having staffing issues or mechanical issues — just train your wait staff on the way to manage the guests expectations. Something like, «I’m very sorry, but our kitchen is really backed up so can I get you started with an appetizer?» The bonus here is that it increases your sales ticket. Get it? TRAIN YOUR STAFF to manage these hiccups so that you get a 5-​star review for the quality of the pizza… which is actually very good.

All of the 1 star reviews are spot on! This place is a DOWNER! Service was awful (pretty sure the whole staff was baked) food took an hour to get (there were 8 people in the whole place, six in our party) and Food is awful. Nothing fresh, seemed like all precooked frozen garbage. Dennys would be a better late night option.

Place has huge potential. Under staffed on a major holiday weekend. Out of several beers. Took forever… couldn’t light the fire place.
Sad because it is such a great location.
Pizza was just ok.
Staff needs training and ownership/​management needs to pay attention.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The food is horrendous. Doesn’t taste good and takes an hour to get it. Total ripoff. Don’t waste your time!

Extreme Pizza stands for extremely slow, extremely small portions, and extremely high prices. 1 hour to get food and hardly anyone is at the restaurant! Family next to us ordered, drank, and ate food before our drinks even came out. Worst experience in Keystone ever! This place won’t last.

Extremely disappointing! The service was terrible, there was hardly any food on the plate and the prices were outrageous. I really miss Pizza on the Plaza!

Pizza came out hot with a nice crisp. Sauce lacked flavor and substance. Prices were reasonable. Restaurant was relatively clean. Drinks were bottomless. Not the best pizza, but not many options in the area.

Literally the biggest joke ever. They should try putting their pizza in the toilet longer to cook next time & giving your $ 50 back for your small pizza and boneless wings (aka chicken nuggets, no seriously). DO NOT GO HERE. You have to walk under bridge pay a troll three gold shillings and freeze to walk here. Pizza tastes like garbage, and I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 11 years, I let a lot go. But this place deserves to go out of business for sheer lack of care or concern for their business.
