This place seems underestimated based on the reviews and photos of a lonely place. Their pizza were really good. their pizza has a yummy crust like a twisted knot. If you like pizza with light sauce, try their margarita pizza. Otherwise, try their meat lovers. OMG! So yummy you want to keep eating slices and slices. Great stop to unwind after the slopes.

Totally Rude. We ordered a slice of pizza to go.(Btw you don’t get happy hour $ 1 off if you get to go FYI). So while waiting we decided to have a beer at bar b/c he said it would be 10 minutes. Then he came over and handed it to us. And saw us sitting here at bar and said«I thought it was to go?» And we said we decided to order a beer while waiting. So sorry. Which he rudely replied, «well that’s a waist of a box!» And walked away. Are you serious?!? Dude. We paid full price. Then decided to spend more money at your place at bar. Should be grateful. Not disrespectful!

Cannot comment on the pizza as we decided not stay after a rude exchange with the host stand and the manager. As we enjoyed our beers, staff and manager snickered in the back around. Concerned that our food was going to be tampered with we canceled our order and left. Hope the host and manager take care of the server who missed out on a dinner ticker.

Pizza was ok but the service was horrible. Whoever the guy is that is running this place really needs a class in customer service. They were rude all night.

Great pizza, meatballs and garlic bread. If you want to get pizza while in the village, this is the place to get it. Prices were fair considering its location. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

My family of 5 was refused seating(with 3 empty tables in plain view) because I ordered a small pizza to go 20 minutes earlier as an appetizer for my children who I didn’t want to wait the normal 45 mins) thinking I would show up with them and have something to eat as we ordered our dinner The dirty hippy looking person looked at his watch and said, sorry we have to save seating for our dining customers. This place has the worst customer service and sub standard pizza in summit county. Do not waste your money hear, the food is the lowest quality and the service is insulting. They offered no explanation or alternative, no wonder both neighboring businesses did not recommend them. This is the third«negative experience with children» review I have seen about them.

How can this place call this pizza dough? The crust looks like a 5 year old tossed it. Super thin and not very tasty.

Read the reviews before going. The pizza is less than average and the wings not much better. If not for the captive audience at the base of the slopes this place would not make it.

I’ve had frozen pizza from the grocery store that tastes better. Terrible sauce, crust is not good, and tastes like it’s cooked on one of those conveyor belt things like all the cheap pizza chains use. If you know what good pizza tastes like… then stay far away.

Good pizza, good salads, good beer… great service! Came in on a Wednesday night right before closing(sorry!) We were greeted right away with super friendly people! Yesssaaaaa! Had a beer and some small talk with the super cool bartender while we waited for our takeout order… what a great atmosphere with friendly smiles and a laid back vibe! Deal! I’ll take it! We will absolutely be back!

So much fun taking kids to enjoy wings and pizza. Love the Thai wings. They are so flavorful. Great atmosphere

Pizza was great. Fresh and home made. Caesar salad tasted like it was out of a bag from the store. Wasn’t bad, but nothing special. Service was alright– Its a cheap restaurant staffed by people who moved to Colorado to be close to the mountain… not serve pizza for minimum wage. Great place to stop for a quick, tasty, affordable meal. I would recommend.

Pizza took forever to come out and we just got a medium cheese. Pizza was just ok. Service was friendly. For being called On the Run, you kind of expect the pizza to come out quicker.

My 12 yr old daughter went to eat there with a friend. She was traumatized because they thought they could use Epic passes there and the manager took their passes holding them hostage for 3 hrs until someone could come pay. I was mad and left contact info for the owner, who instead of contacting me had Summit county sheriff call me to inform us we were banned from the restaurant and would be charged with trespassing if we came back. I think these people’s tiny little Grinch hearts are probably showing through in the poor quality of their food. Give better people your business.

Good spot for a quick lunch and beer. Pizza is OK but it’s a cheaper version than most places around the resort. Minestrone was yummy and perfect on a coooold day, side salad is huge.

Nothing exciting, but not bad. Fast service in a busy environment. I’d go back for the convenience of it being close and predictable. After I left, I let out some farts on the run.

A group of friends and myself rented a condo to celebrate New Years on the runs of Keystone Resort. We live in Denver and all hold Epic Passes, which means that frequent Keystone Resort. This is my first time dining at «Pizza on the Run». The initial service was what you would expect at a Pizzeria in Keystone, the food was sub-par at best. Shortly after we settled our bill for the amount of $ 109.11, we were asked to leave by a gentleman in shorts and a red hat, who appeared to be an employee of «Pizza on the Run». Between the six individuals at our table there were only two pitchers of beer consumed, this meaning that no one drank in excess. Not long after we were asked to leave by the«Pizza on the Run» employee a few more with our group arrived and wanted to order more food and and beer. There was no lapse in time when our group were not paying customers at the aforementioned establishment. I took it upon myself to speak with the Gentleman in shorts with the red hat and inquire why we were being rushed out of the restaurant. His response was one that defied all logic. To paraphrase our conversation, his exact words were, «I would rather have customers in here from Iowa that will come in and spend $ 100 and leave in 30 minutes». When I asked him why he felt this way, he could not elaborate. He said he was insulted by someone in our group, but when asked who insulted him he was unable to tell me who this was. I was perplexed when I learned that this gentleman managed the restaurant. Several of his employees apologized for his behavior, which leads me to believe this is not the first time something like this has happened. Several members of our group are combat veterans from both Iraq and Afghanistan and were treated as if they were not welcome in a place that they helped protect for so long. Needless to say I will never be dining at «Pizza on the Run» again and strongly recommend that no one else does.

Pizza on the Run is a nice little place. The pizza is pretty good and reasonably priced. Beers are not crazy expensive too. No happy hour on the weekends, other than that it’s a pretty decent place in Keystone Village.

We grab pizza here every time we ski at Keystone. It’s convenient and the pizza is great. Awesome ranch dressing(I think it’s made from scratch), friendly service, happy hour specials on beer, wine, and wells. It’s not fancy but we get consistently great pizza here.

GOSH this place is incredible! Where else by a world class ski resort can you find $ 4 pizza slice(the portions are double– you get two slices per order woohoo!) and $ 2.50 tall boy(16oz) PBR’s?! I would avoid this place during peak hours(11:30−1:30) or else you’ll have to suffer through a bit of a wait, but other than that you should be solid. There’s a wide variety of choices, but to be completely honest, the cheese pizza was my favorite out of what my friends ordered. Tired of the snow? Feeling like drinking? Feeling like consuming delicious pizza? Feeling like not spending an arm and a leg? This is the place for you!
