Dear Mattress Firm (all, not just this location). I purchased 2 queen sets, and 2 twin sets and frames to go with all of them. The twin frames are 2 feet shorter than the mattresses. When you sit on the end of the bed, the mattress pops up at the headboard. I weigh 105 pounds. This construction does not make logical sense. I called the Dillon location and was told «this is how it has always been». Certainly, I am not the first person to realize this dilemma. Note to Mattress Firm Corporate-consider a frame that actually fits the mattress. I am now using wooden boxes to support the end of the bed, and these beds are NOT in a dorm room.

What a wonderful experience. I’ve never purchased a bed before and I’ve always left it to my wife. I was in a time crunch and needed three beds that I could take home that day. Patrick and Garrett made it happen. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. If they didn’t have it in stock they gave me an upgraded model at the same price. Great service and very knowledgeable. I was very surprised to get such personable service at a chainstore. Plus the beds I purchased are very comfortable.

This is the second bed we’ve purchased from Garrett at Mattress Firm in Dillon in the past 6 months and I would highly recommend shopping here for your mattress needs! In fact I wouldn’t shop anywhere else after our 2 great experiences here. Garrett was fantastic to work with each time… very professional, informative and really listented to our needs and helped us find the right beds. No pressure and great service! We love to buy local and were thrilled they were so collaborative in helping us find exactly what we wanted at great prices… for delivery both here in Summit County and also for a bed in Denver.

Patrick H. Is a really down to earth. Is a helpful and knowledgeable resource. My husband and I came in and really took a lot of his time.
