dirty, unfriendly, unorganized. We all know that customer service is not the best in Summit County but this place is hilarious. The woman doing my nails apparently hated me or her job. She had the worst attitude. They made us leave before our toenails were dry so we walked barefoot to the car. I really believe I could have done a better job on my nails. There are parts that she skipped on the second coat so my fingernails had major unevenness. She also cut my toenail in a way that I have a ingrown now.

What a find in Summit County! Coming from Chicago, I have my pick of nail salons on every block But in Summit County, the pickings are sparse. Peter has made a comfortable salon(bottled water is available as a courtesy) with reasonable prices and excellent service. Ana does a great job, too. The deluxe pedicure is a must! This is the place to go for nails in the County!

Going to echo what everyone else has said, but I’m surprised this place hasn’t closed down by now. Last time I went here was my first and last time, and that was probably a few years ago. It was awful and dirty, and the woman doing my nails was too busy surfing the internet on her phone while doing my nails(?!?) They need to be shut down, or clean it up and get nicer employees. Gross. Definitely not returning.

The guy is very nice & friendly. His wife and other lady made me feel like I was bothering them. Big toe is bleeding, Polish is a bit messy. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. As I stepped in — I noticed the place was a shoddy, but got into the pedicure chair hoping the service would outshine the paint on the walls or the dirt in the corners. As the male owner started my pedicure — I had to correct his work a number of times. I ask him to get a clean file — the one he was going to use had filed all the nails he had ever filed. He gave me a nasty look but got a new one. He did the massage on my feet and legs with rubber gloves, and was hurting and pulling my skin. I asked him to stop the massage and to proceed with the pedi. He was leaving globs of paint on my nails so I asked him to smooth it out. He didn’t like any of my feedback. And shot me nasty looks the whole time. Apparently my mani was about to happen in the same chair. He filed my nails, but did a really poor job. When I asked him to sort my nails and ensure they were the same length — he told me I was«too picky» and motioned for the front door. Whhhat? Is this guy effin kidding me? He was not … LOL … I looked at him and his wife — told them to eff themselves and walked out. What a horrible way to treat clients. So unprofessional. I will never return. Do yourself a favor and drive to Frisco. Have lunch on that super cute street. All the nail salons there offer WAY better service. Stay far away from this rude, dirty place! It’s a NO relax zone. There was another review that talked about kids running around, and mattresses on the floor … all true! RUN!

Very disappointed today. My friend and I had 3 separate people do our manicure/pedicures. We definitely did not get what we paid for. My friend got a neck and shoulder massage, I did not. Her pedicure included top coat, mine did not. My polish smeared before I even left the chair. It all seemed very rushed. Probably won’t go back. Sorry.

very bad experience… first of all it looks cheap, like a sweatshop, the side room has a mattress in it, looks like a sleeping room, owner’s kids were running around. I would overlook that part because I know coming to less expensive place you are not suppose to expect rooms of gold, but the way my no chip mani was done, I swear guy was learning on me!
