I recently visited Dillsboro Inn for a weekend with my boyfriend. We were looking for somewhere peaceful to spend the weekend away from the city (Atlanta). TJ and Terry are some of the best hosts I have ever met — they were so welcoming and accommodating. You can’t help but be happy being around them! I spent most of my time outside on the deck and by the river on the hammock. It’s easy to relax when surrounded by beautiful landscaping and hearing the sound of the river going by. It was a great weekend to de-​stress. Terry even led us in a yoga class on the upper deck on Saturday.
Thank you TJ and Terry! I can’t wait to come visit again soon!

Not a great experience. Innkeeper not very cordial. Did not make us feel welcomed. His wife is lovely. He is very curt and a smart mouth.

We stayed with TJ and Terry at their wonderful inn. They were the best hosts we have ever had! They went above and beyond in every way and made sure my Father had a truly unforgettable Father’s Day.
The location is perfect with everything you could need to forget about the stresses of every day life. I would highly recommend anyone come stay with them and will be returning for many years to come!

Got a huge two room suite with kitchenette for $ 125. Can’t beat that. Spent each evening on the deck overlooking the river watching ducks and geese before moving to the fire pit.
The grounds are beautifully maintained and quite unique. Will definitely be back.

My dad and I were looking for a halfway point close to both Athens, GA and Knoxville, TN to meet up. Dillsboro and Sylva provided an excellent area and the Dillsboro Inn provided excellent accommodations. Outdoorsman and nature-​lovers alike will love the river access of the Inn and proximity to all the great restaurants and atmosphere of Sylva and Dillsboro is also a plus. The Inn provides a fire by the river each evening, some convenience breakfast items in each room and the opportunity to spend hours sitting and reading by the river. This place is family-​run and a great alternative to chain hotels!
