The owner, Paul, is a nice guy and has a lifetime of knowledge of the area. When we were looking for a home we went to every real estate agency in town and most often we had the impression that the other realtors would sell us a box with a shingle on it that was over budget just to make a sale.
But Paul took his time and showed us several homes and let us linger on the properties to discuss possibilities and he was a real gentleman.
