When we went to sell our house we called this agency. What a mistake. We couldn’t get an agent to come over to look at the house but they wanted an exclusive anyway. When this sloppy guy finally came to look at the place he waddled into the living room, sat down and took notes but never actually went through the house.
Obviously he didn’t ever show the house and when it sold a few weeks later he called to ask us if we would be interested in seeing some properties he had for sale. Silly, lazy man, we had already gone to another agency and bought a house form someone who actually works for his money!
