The only reason I stop here is for a quick in and out purchase. I really like that they have a good selection of greeting cards and a fantastic selection of gift cards here. I have always been able to get in and out here, in a respectable amount of time. Staff is very often friendly and eager to help you find anything you need!

Very slow service, can’t believe it takes as long as it does to get a prescription 35 mins. They definitely don’t discriminate on who they hire, pretty young staff.

I have never in my life dealt with such ignorant pharmacist technicians & pharmacist ever!!! To top off the ignorance with 100% poor Customer service. These workers in this pharmacy will talk down to customers, become impatient & almost never answer a question or even try to find the answer to the problem. It’s like they are getting paid to just show up & answering questions… well that’s just way to much work for them. On two occasions my family members were shorted medication. I was witness on both occasions they tried to blow my family off as if we were trying to scam them. Maybe that’s happened before to them but, I’m pretty sure my 89 year old grandmother is not over popping her heart meds for a good time… Being that they are administered by someone else. We presented the issue to the technician an he immediately says that the pills were signed off & counted by the Pharmacist… Ugh… ok with a dumb look on my face… Because pharmacists never make mistakes right… really…she’s human being & capable of normal mistakes. That was a very rude & ignorant suggestion that she could never be wrong. So we kept on asking how we can resolve this because insurance companies won’t repay for her meds until they are due. Heart medication is a must in her life!!! We weren’t rude or even impatient but, a little help without the sarcastic were being an inconvenience to you attitude who’d have been appropriate & professional. The Technician was still trying to get us to pay for the extra not 1,2, or 3 pill mix up but 10 pill mix up!!! So finally after some trips back & fourth trying to get some answers… Finally, he says he’ll run a count on those particular pills. Yah!!! Progress… Ugh… He also made it a point to say if were under than we gave you to many… ??? What??? that would mean we had 20 total. Our –10 plus 10 extra??? How did he come up with that accusatory comment??? Sure we threw a party w/grandmas heart pills??? What??? I felt like being sarcastic back… We could maybe understand his concern if it had some street $ on ot but, no it doesn’t geez… what happened to customer is always right at least until you investigate the issues. Anyway, Ok so our problem isn’t major enough to get to quickly … Whatever, fine no big deal we will check back later. Well a few hours later we get a call & guess what… The pharmacist doesn’t know how to count!!! The educated non human. No mistake making pharmacist made a 10 pill mistake… WoW & no apology… Unbelievable. The second time same problem, same pharmacist, different pill(seizure meds) & different family member. Finally, this Aunt left the pharmacy only to find out some of the workers in the past left because of many issues there. My personal issue was the technician couldn’t answer basic questions or try to ask someone or for the answer so I could make a decision about a prescription that I dropped off & had to be ordered… the vendors have reordered 5 times & never delivered. It was apparently not protocol to contact us to let us know that they probably couldn’t get this medication ordered & delivered so I could pick up the script & drop it off in my city as I was traveling through & thought I could get an easy script for my son. My point … Nothing is ever easy, smooth or stress free at this pharmacy. It’s ridiculous how many people I’ve met in this town that have had problems here… Beware when dropping scripts off… Your better off at another pharmacy or a different Walgreens. They should get retrained by the Walgreens I use in Valencia on newhall Ranch Road… There is not a question they can’t answer & the customer service is beyond amazing… Stress free like it should be. I feel spoiled there…& homesick when I have to go elsewhere… I had the same family member drop off a script to the Valencia Walgreens & he was so amazed how quick, courteous & trouble free it was. I’m never dealing with this pharmacy again I’d travel as far as you need to go to avoid this place. On a positive note the workers/cashiers in the store are very nice, cheerful & helpful … They should reteach the pharmacy workers about customer service!!!
