When I am on the road between Santa Rosa and Sacramento, this is my place that I always stop. It is one of the nicest Starbucks on the I-80 corridor. Clean as a whistle, light and bright, very fast and efficient service from the staff. There is always a line, but it moves quickly because they are so efficient! Restrooms are always spotless too.

Slow slow slooooowwwww drive thru. Frequently get orders incorrect. Staff is alright– definitely not friendly like Dutch bros! Go for the coffee not the wonderful service.

My husband and I are regular customers of Starbucks all over the country. We have never been to a Starbucks that seems to be so poorly managed. It took over 10 minutes to get our drinks. During our stay we observed at least 6 customers waiting 10 minutes for their drinks. There were also four employees sitting and taking a break. We will give it another try if we are ever in route, but for now it’s the most poorly run Starbucks we’ve ever been to.

Slowest drive thru-ever. Don’t ever order a flap of any kind from here they are always horrible. If you don’t order exactly like the menu be prepared for it to be wrong. Grumpy staff«fix» it. Starbucks inside Safeway always makes them great– consistently great!

This is my pit stop when driving from SF to sac or Tahoe. Huge open seating space. Plenty of room to work or just hang out while waiting for your order.

Wanted to give a review for Starbucks barista Ashley who was very kind and helpful this morning. I’m not from around here, stopped in Starbucks in Dixon for a latte on our way to Grandparent’s Day at our grandchildren’s school in Sacramento. A quick stop, a smile and sincere assistance. After being on the road for a few hours, appreciated the kindness. Had the new Honey Latte, yummy!

Frequent the one on Safeway everyday. the staff is friendly and they know my drink by name. I can send any family member on and just say it’s for me and it’s always right.

Studied here during finals week and Oohh man I was here for awhile haha I really like how big this location is and for the most part, you’ll always find a table with an outlet throughout the day. It wasn’t super noisy here and really is a great place to study or even grab a cup of coffee and chat with friends for a bit. I got a vanilla iced coffee and wish they added more creamer, but that drink lasted me awhile so coffee is strong haha My friend, however, ask for a iced caramel macchiato, but was given a hot one instead so maybe service needs a bit more improvement(but don’t get me wrong, the workers were super nice and even had small talk with me, which I enjoyed). This Starbucks itself is the perfect place to study(wifi is stable and fast!) so I will be going back as the school year progresses!

Not the store this place used to be. Have gone through many times and my drink has not been great. Today I went through the drive through and my tea was not shaken. It was flat and weird tasting. As a barista who works for Starbucks not shaking teas is my biggest pet peeve.

Absolutely on point! Don’t hesitate — you need coffee or a bite to eat but on the approach you wonder if getting on/off the freeway is gonna be more hassle than what it’s worth? Yeah, don’t trip. You’ll be able to easily get to the Starbucks, and served in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes you just can’t go any longer on that trip to/from the Bay Area and this is a good place to stop. I know you will want to override the exit signs leaving Starbucks to get back to the freeway. Your natural instinct is just to retrace your steps from the direction you came-don’t. Just follow the signs. I tried the new latte macchiato and it was delicious, but I think I will stick with my quad venti breve latte. The price point for the two beverages is about the same, and so it’s just best to stick with what you enjoy the most… unless, like the exit to this place, you are tempted to go in a different direction and simply can’t resist.

One of our favorite stops on the way to Tahoe. Clean bathrooms and fast service. What more can you ask for!

Starbucks is Starbucks — I mean really — what is there to complain about? My favorite cup of coffee — well a Grande No-Foam Vanilla Latte — comes from Starbucks, but… Dixon is a small town and the various non-profit organizations(schools, sports, etc…) of Dixon are extremely reliant on the generosity of our local businesses. It was deeply disappointing that after a Starbucks shift leader gave a verbal approval of Starbucks support, then we later learned that Starbucks would not be able to fulfill the donation commitment. Luckily Dutch Bros., new in town, saved the day and was able to fulfill our need. Besides that little comment, the staff at this location is fabulous and do an excellent job of making fast work of the long drive through line.

Oh my god, once again the slowest Starbucks in the world. Please build a new Starbucks in Dixon or hire new people.

Tried out the«Mobile Order Pay» deal today and it worked wonderfully. The order was sitting at the counter all nice and toasty. Only gripe? Can’t use your own cup… they don’t have your cup before you arrive! For those who want more coffee than a latte or mocha but who aren’t ready to delve into straight espresso, try the«Flat White.» It’s somewhere in the middle. This place is still pretty great.

This is one of the biggest Starbucks that I have gone too. There are many seats to hang out in. They had a lot of food to choice from and did not run out from the morning rush. I got my caramel frap drink just the way I wanted it. Too bad the lady at the counter did not look happy to serve us. Too bad…

Call me a skeptic. I rarely ever come to a Starbucks by my own free will. I only go to ones that I have absolutely no choice in going to, and this was more or less one of those. My gf needed a coffee and this was seriously right off the freeway so we went at the crack of 5:30am. The baristas were shockingly friendly and very awake for that hour, and there were quite a number of people inside here already. People were working, doing random meetings with one another and generally livening the place up. I was surprised considering it was 5:30am on a Saturday morning … but hey, the more the merrier? Service was fast! Recommended for a pit stop for the road.

They Have«Country» AND«Western»! SITREP Or in this case, they have an awesome patio AND a drive-thru! THESETUP Now, I know this is going to sound silly, but we actually went through the drive-thru(since being from the stix we don’t see these new fangled arrangements all that often), but we still parked and then sucked down our Fraps on the beautiful patio. Speaking of which… REWARDS Props to Starbucks registered rewards program since I was able to use 2 of my rewards here for our frosty frappy beverages. A regular Mocha Frap lite with 2 extra shots of espresso, and a Chocolate Chip Frap is just what the doctor ordered after a day of wine tasting. Thank you. THELOWDOWN «Stay classy, Dixon!» And they do!
