Cuban Cuisine at its worse! The Traditional Mojito had to be from a bottled mix because it was green, incredibly tart and the amount of rum was questionable — it tasted better when the ice melted — what else can I say? Strike 1 The bread is ridiculously flatten to the point of becoming a crispy cracker — defeating the meaning of bread — and it was a cold cracker when it got to the table. Strike 2 I ordered a grilled fish with white rice and fries. The rice was bad! The fries were extremely greasy to the point of leaving an unpleasant after taste in my mouth. The fish was greasy as well and undercooked — awful! Strike 3 Did I complain? No. I just wanted to get out of there because the noise level was unbearable. I felt sorry for the people at two of the tables around us that came in from the hotel next door and were having a hard time placing their orders in English. Furthermore, they were going to leave with the impression that Cuban Cuisine was that bad. There are so many Cuban restaurants in Miami and there are so many people that have to know how to prepare good quality Cuban food that when I come across low quality Cuban food I just have no tolerance for it. The two stars go for the service which was decent and the restaurant itself is pleasant inside. Coming back I am not!!!

Wish I could write a review about the food but we never got that far. So me my husband and one year old sat down to eat and the manager asked my husband if we could eat outside instead(mind you it’s 1pm and like 90 degrees outside). The reason for her request is because my husband had a tank top(not a cheap one) and it was against their dress code. We politely declined and left. Instead of taking our business which would have easily been $ 50.00 minimum for 45 minutes so we could have lunch they would have rather lost the business. Mind you its Thursday and the place is empty, also I’m not sitting my one year old outside in 90 degree weather. Never coming back

Food was ok we had the ox tail a bit salty also the beens were gross and salty with no flavor as well also we had the churrasco which i asked for the lunch portion and i got the dinner which cost me twice as much because the server couldn’t explain the difference between the lunch special and the dinner sizes prices.

Had one of those mornings, you know, the ones you wake up feeling like eating a cow and a pig at the same time. Came in here and it didn’t disappoint. I feel nothing but utter happiness after eating this rabo encendío with white rice, beans, plantains and a fucking beer! Life is good

Meal here was simply delicious, late lunch on Friday was a real nice surprise how great the food was. Super ambiance, great service, value, coffee we loved everything. Fish, tostones and platanos Maduros were all my favorites. Bread before our meal was a nice touch

This was my first taste of Cuban cuisine, and it was fantastic. We were recommended here by a local for their roasted pork. It did not disappoint. I had their fish, which was so simply prepared yet so flavorful. Too bad we were passing through or we would be regulars.

If I can give 10 stars I would! We rented out one of the private rooms they have(3+ spaces for private parties) for a 40 person celebration of my grandmother’s 90th birthday celebration. The food was exceptional even with such a large party to attend. The space is really beautiful with high ceilings and excellent lighting. They also have various packages for a set menu and a full bar right outside the room for anyone who wishes to purchase additional drinks. The staff was extremely attentive especially Nelson, Rafael, Maria, and Suarez. They took special care of us and my family really felt their love and well wishes towards my grandmother on her special day. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking delicious Cuban food and especially looking for a place to have a private party of all sizes. Thank you again for a real Cuban celebration!

Ordered churrasco delivery. Fries were soggy and chimichurri sauce was terrible and sour. My drink was hot. Never ordering from here again

The food is delicious and server are friendly, I feel like home coming here 3 or 4 times a month for the lunch specials which are super good and right priced. Normally I just go to the bar so I don’t have to wait to be sit. Mojitos are good and they have a few mid-level wines, no decanters or specific wine glasses though…

Good place to come to for lunch. They have a lot of selections on their lunch menu. Staff is nice and the food comes out really fast. Restaurant is decorated nicely and they have music going on throughout eating. Good stuff! UPDATE: Went for lunch on 2÷23÷2016. Co-worker of mine gave a wrong credit card by accident. For some reason the manager was doing the transactions. We quickly went up to her to give her he correct card. She was nasty to her barking that we had to give her to right card. Same day they forgot to put in my order and messed up on the side orders for two other meals. Total havoc. I can’t believe they have such an incompetent manager there representing the company. Shame on you, business owner.

Nice ambiance, good food. I had the chicken chunks — they were very flavorful and crispy. The rice tasted great too. Ordered fries which were ok. Will definitely go back with my husband :)

This Cuban restaurant chain serves decent food as an alternative to fast food joints. Menu is varied but I’ve yet to find anything that stands out, most dishes are bland-to-OK. More over I’d argue that some of the dishes are not exactly what they are supposed to be, the prime example is the«vaca frita» which is supposed to be pan-fried shredded beef. However, Las Vegas’ version is a piece of flank steak, just look at some of the pictures on Unilocal and you’ll see what I mean, it’s a disappointing. Service is good and speedy, and they can accommodate fairly large groups(12 – 20) without problems.

This restaurant is good. It serves its purpose of being a Cuban restaurant that serves food at a reasonable price, decent portions, and on a timely manner. It delivers so that’s a plus. The food however, is good but not great. It doesn’t leave me saying«Omg, this is the best Cuban food I’ve had in my life!» I had the vaca frita with moro and yuca. It felt a little bland for me. Like it was missing something. Maybe garlic? Salt? Growing up in my Miami has really spoiled me when it comes to Hispanic food, especially Cuban. There are some Cuban restaurants with really flavorful meals! The variety of dishes they make can make your head spin! Las Vegas’s menu was a little short and felt like it was missing a few things. But if you’re in the area or you work around here, then it’s a decent place to come and have lunch or order out from.

Good food and a super sweet server. Straight from Ft Lauderdale airport, I couldnt wait to get a taste of some good cuban food(hard to find in DC). So glad we stopped here! We had the ropa vieja and a roasted pork dish and they totally hit the spot! Both came with black beans, white rice, and they also served bread to start. Our server was super sweet and helpful. Right off the interstate. Highly recommend if you’re traveling!

Food is consistently good and have a pretty decent menu. They are willing to accomodate special requests or changes in your order and the price is right for the zone. The attention of the staff is very good, Barbara in particular is great and remembers his customers.

I have been here about 7 times now, while I’m not a huge fan of this place, people from work insist on celebrating events here. I ordered the shredded beef and my wife the fried beef. The white rice while tasty, it was extremely cold, the black beans had no taste, the yuka(cassava) was also cold. Now let’s talk about the service; our waiter Luis L. was phenomenal, attention to detail was superb. He really knows what customer service is all about. However, the hostess ruined the most important steps, the greeting and seating process. She had a bad attitude. We walked in with a toddler in hand, chances are we are going to need a high chair, she picked a booth by the main hallway which most restaurant won’t allowed anyway and when I told her I needed a high chair, she got mad and explained in great detail why we could not seat at the booth. I never asked to be seated there anyway. I won’t return to this place. There are many choices for Cuban food in South Florida.
