I ordered something custom and they did a poor poor job. No quality control and they over promise things they are not equipped to produce quality wise. They upsold me on good leather material and delievered the cheap thin leather instead. I recommend checking your items at the warehouse before they schedule a delivery. And check your items thoroughly. Now I’m stuck w a product that is Still subpar after 2 returns.

I Just moved to the area and stopped by to get some furniture for my new home, staff was very friendly and patient while I asked questions and browsed. They made many helpful suggestions on design options. Haven’t decided on which sofa set will be my final choice, but will definitely be back to buy.

I hope this review will save someone from going through the experience I have had. We are currently in the process of taking Seven Furniture to court. We ordered a couch with custom dimensions. The couch we received was all wrong. They were suppose to come and get it to fix it, left me waiting all day for them to come and never showed up. Then they lied to the credit card company. We still have this poorly crafted couch and it was never fixed. This company is full of liars and thieves.
