came friday night at 10:42 left at 10:57 to eat somewhere else bc didnt get attended. not sure why they put open til 12 when the waiters dont want to attend u will never go back to this location

Still thank there the best ribs in town. After 20 plus years. Good food and friendly staff. Shame there not located near the house anymore. But still worth the drive.

this was my choice on a business trip and I was not disappointed either — good thing since my boss was there. Steak was cooked perfect for me. Salad was good (ok we arrived only a few hours before) and the baked potato was really really good. Nice atmosphere for us and we had a great time with great food.

The St Louis Ribs with Carolina sauce was really good! I gotta go back again.

I have been coming here for years to celebrate birthdays and because they have good ribs.
My absolute favorite is the Kickin’ Shrimp. It has a zest of spiciness but, oh so good! Their ribs are great and they offer decent food. I was not so happy with the service. It’s not that it was bad but our waitress was not attentive. She would go missing, she did not bring us napkins, and she did not offer to refill our drinks.
I was even more surprised when at the end, as I reviewed my receipt, under suggested tips percentages, our waitress had the audacity to underline the highest suggested percentage. That’s a big no, no.
If I loved your service there is no need to tell me how much I should reward you. I will definitely compensate great service. If your service was not so great, however, do not dare to suggest how much tip I should leave you.

Over-​cooked steak (got med well, ordered rare) and under-​cooked baked potato (steak knife wouldn’t cut through it without pressure). The soup tasted like it was straight out of the can and microwaved. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Wow! Been a while since I went to Tony Roma’s but it was worth the wait! The food was delicious for everyone and we were a big group. I had the filet medallions and the meat was delicious. Everyone else had the ribs and they all loved it!

Once again this place never disappoints me. Great service and decent food. This was the one and only time I was dissatisfied with the chicken. But they completely redeemed themselves.
Great job as always!

We just had the worst experience at Tony romas in Doral.
While we were eating a bug was walking on the table, we killed it and asked for a napkin to pick it up, we are still waiting for the napkin. Two more bugs walked on the table and we called the waitress. ALL she did was squish it with her finger and leave the dead bug on the table. We were outraged with this reaction and called for the manager as she approached the table another bug began walking on the table and we showed her, and once again all she did was kill it with a piece of paper. Not once did we receive an apology, let alone an offer to clean the table. All they did was a measly 30% off. We will never return to a Tony Romas AGAIN!
Not to mention all the waitress did was bad mouth the managers! Very unprofessional.

I would give it a 3.5 :)
I had a chicken dish and it was very very good. Great for crowds and has a casual yet nice atmosphere — would go there again. All my friends enjoyed their food as well.

I really like this location. The employees are always nice. The food is always good. And the ribs well there fall off the bone delicious… for dessert I almost always order the same one red velvet cake with icing. Yummy in my tummy!

I was strong-​armed into coming to Tony Romas since a friend had earned a free meal. They’ve got the Buy 4– get the 5^th lunch free punch card and she had earned her right to free food. I did not want to seem like the overly picky eater so I went along with the plan against my better judgment and here goes…
For starters, I’m not a fan of establishments with carpet since they tend to reek and this Tony Romas was no exception. The minute I walked in I was immediately turned off by the smell which was a musty combination of feet and food. I thought for a minute it was my Toucan Sam nose but when I whispered it to one of the girls in my lunch group, she seemed to have noticed as well and was slightly disgusted.
I ordered the Mahi… silly me! I should know better than to order seafood at a non-​seafood place WITH carpet. Chances are my fish ain’t fresh or I’m eating some other rare form of a fin, so shame on me for not thinking this meal through. My mahi was overcooked– so in summary my mashed potatoes were really good.
Waitress had grimy hands and fingernails and the service was sub-​par so all in all there’s definitely nothing enticing me to return here and not even a free meal will change that.

Bread was very good, waiter forgot to put in the order. So we had a lot of bread while we were sitting there waiting. When the food did come, after 45 mins of waiting, it wasn’t all that.
Will not be visiting this place anytime soon!!!

Middle class continental cuisine in upscale. Styling. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was well done and made to order. Restaurant was almost half filled with clientele. Overall great spot to eat.

Bin erstaunt über die Bewertungen hier. Der Service war einsame Spitze, unsere Bedienung hielt einen kleinen Schnack mit uns und empfahl uns noch sehenswerte Dinge in der Umgebung. Dazu kommt eine wirklich günstige Cocktail Happy Hour, bei unserem Besuch an einem Donnerstag waren es hand-​shaked Margerithas (Romeritas) — für 4 $, sehr fein.
Das Essen war ungelaublich lecker und reichhaltig. Noch nie so butterzarte Ribs gegessen. Der Preis war mit 18 $ inkl. Beilagen für eine große Portion wirklich günstig.
Klare Weiterempfehlung!

It’s possible to have a $ 10 lunch in Doral that’s more than just a sandwich. I’ve tried a few of their salads here, salmon, and their chicken and spinach stack. The lunch portions are reasonable, but if you can, make sure to leave room for dessert. If you’re in a group, it’s probably a good idea to order the 3 dessert sampler. They’re all very delicious! The servers are friendly, and are attentive to getting your food order out timely. That’s very much appreciated when you’re within your lunch hour. Quick tip: double punches on Wednesday, and after five punches on a Tony Roma’s punch card, your next lunch is on the house!

Great service! Great delicious food! I had the Mojo Chicken. Both my date and I had nothing to complain about. Everything was great and you are even handed a hot wet towellete at the end of your meal.

A little pricey place when it comes to their ribs.
Ordered the Baby back ribs, the taste was okay, I expected it to be that good because its a lot more pricey that I thought they would be.
Service was good, It made the whole dinner into my best one.

Well I think the service here isn’t that great because this is a chain. I remember I used to get warm baked bread at the Sunny Isles one with a chive butter. I thought I saw a waitress walk by with bread. Our waitress never offered and our food came out. The food is fine I just get BBQ chicken. I also got a side of broccoli and at least it is fresh, and not frozen low quality. I was just craving BBQ chicken so to me this place is fine.

If we weren’t starving and it wasn’t late we’d have avoided this place. The food is mediocre at best and prices are high. Not sure on which planet these are the world’s best ribs. Maybe the world’s best at being underwhelming.
A BBQ rib place without a single bottle of BBQ sauce anywhere. And believe me, if there were ever ribs that needed it, this is the place!
I would certainly not recommend this place.

Es increíble pensar q Tony romas a bajado tanto la cálida, o será q aquí en el doral creen que manejan otro target, pedí una ensalada: reseca los cortes de aguacate mínimos, el pollo como adorno en las afueras del plato, sin contar con lo q se suponen son buenos los rib costillas, sin carne y caras para la competencia que las hacen mejores

Waiter is old and lack of service experience. Rude, infact. treated me like I’m dome and never apologized for his or my mistakes.
4 hours in a Tony Romas… FTS!
