Place is dirty and has rats! people here are RUDE AND IMPOLITE, they don’t know what customer service is! You ask to speak with someone in charge and they never appear to be available! Horrible place!

My apartment complex increased the rate on my storage unit to a ridiculous amount so I was looking for a less expensive alternative in order to save some money. I found Pleasantdale Storage of Doraville through a google search and I’m so glad I did! I got the smallest unit which is 5′ x 5′, and it’s perfect for my storage needs. I got an awesome rate, plus they were nice enough to waive the admin fee. for me and I got 50% off the first month for reserving online! Also, the customer service I received from John was excellent! He was so courteous, professional, personable, and just so sweet!
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that provides an affordable storage unit and also provides great customer as well. Thanks again John, I appreciate you!
