I am surprised by the negative reviews! I definitely did not have the same experience.
When I called ASAP to schedule a lead inspection, I had already arranged from a Home Inspection and was hoping to schedule it for the same time. The initial phone conversation resulted in a rough estimate, and they were very accommodating in working with my schedule.
We arranged to meet at 9:30 am. When I arrived at the house at 9:30, the inspector was already there, and stated that he had already finished his inspection of the outside of the house! He took some time to explain exactly what he was looking for, as well as the method that he used. He provided a packet of information stating Massachusetts Lead Laws, as well as information on options for de-​leading, if it is needed.
We didn’t follow him around to every room, but from when we were with him, he seemed to be doing a very thorough job, which also was followed up by a report detailing the results of every surface on which the test was performed. An added bonus was that the total cost was slightly under the original estimate! I would definitely recommend.

The company is very disorganized. We used their service and they missed forms, were extremely late and overall very unprofessional.
