Dunkin’ Donuts

This place is beyond terrible I don’t understand y the ppl that works there even work there if they don’t want to do their job!!! They are very very rude especially (the fat black lady) like if you hate customer service then she needs to give up the job an so does the rest of the staff! Whomever the manager is needs to look at its team and just maybe offer them more training because there’s going to b that one customer that will toss their drink at one of the staff!

Service is horrible, the staff are rude and violent. Don’t go to this place! I repeat !
Enter at your own risk! I saw a staff member disrespect a customer that had a big order and the staff worker made the order wrong, and she started cursing the customer out.
This place has no respect for customers!

Ok well, even though the staff does take a bit of time to take and process an order I do get a rich and delicious drink. I have gone to other Dunkin Donuts in Other areas like brookline, downtown etc but this one keeps pumping out tastey drinks. If it was faster I would give it five stars and the location is perfect for me with Drive Thru.

Heaven help this staff. I have gone three times, and every single time my order was very wrong or items were delivered at the wrong temperature. The last offence was adding sugar to a coffee order which I emphasised should not have any sugar in addition to the already sweet syrup. I have to assume that it can no longer be incompetence, but must be spite for Sunday morning customers.

Dunkin Donuts in Grove Hall is a nice place to sit and chat, but I was disappointed when I asked to purchase a cup of hot water, and I was told that the price would be the price of a cup of tea. I mean «please?» It’s not like tons of customers are coming buying cups of hot water; this is not the only D.D.s that did that. .. the one in Somerville (near Tufts University did that too), but when you go to Panera Bread (by the way, they have wonderful customer service and a great atmosphere; they NEVER charge for a cup of hot water even when I offer) and Starbucks (they also never charge for a cup of hot water even when I offer!!!) and yet they are more upscale than Dunkins. I think offering to purchase a cup of hot water to pay for the cup is a reasonable offer, especially when the request is every once in a while when you come in with friends that are purchasing coffee there. I would suggest D.D.‘s consider that. ..

They cheat on their drive-​thru score by having customers pull up past the window then go in reverse when order is ready. It’s annoying.

Regular Dunkin food and coffee but horrible service. Sometimes I question how these people got hired. I always get attitude even when asking for the simplest thing. As a side note they don’t know widely accepted coffee terms such as «shot» and even «black».
