Love this spot. Good, fresh food, friendly and professional staff, soul music. Wide selection of beverages, including FRESH coffee(in all senses of the word) — iced and hot, as well as fresh squeezed lemonade in summertime. Fruit cups, fresh salads, breakfast sandwiches, choices of turkey or ham fresh-made sandwiches and wraps for lunch. Nice chill vibe, and most importantly a local business. You will not regret eating here — delish!

Great little café! I went there for lunch during jury duty and was very impressed. The staff were so nice and friendly. They made me a delicious grilled veggie sandwich, even though it wasn’t on the menu, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely will come back if I ever find myself in the area again.

About to go on trial for any number of the horrible things that you’ve done that have finally caught up with you? Sitting in the jury duty pool room(no there is no actual pool so do not bother bringing your bathing suit and towel) and dreading the thought of court house coffee? Find yourself randomly on the #23 bus and in desperate need for coffee and a turkey bacon, egg and cheese sandwich? Well, Sir. Sun-Ah’s Café just may be the place for you. It’s a tiny place so don’t bring the extended family in search of a full spread BUT if you are looking for a quick coffee and sandwich fix you are in the right place. Small. Friendly. Fast and most importantly… a quick hop, skip and a jump from Dorchester Municipal Court.

I work about 2 blocks away and it is the only place to get freshly made food that isnt KFC or McDonalds — and its delicious. The staff is always very kind and have come to recognize me. I always go for the chicken caesar wrap and sometimes spring for a piece of the super moist cake they have out(they ONLY put it out if its fresh). A real gem in Dot — I definitley support this small business and hope it doesn’t fall away like most non-chain restaurants on this street. Stop by and check out their whole menu :)

Super cheap prices are what drew me to this tiny hole in the wall before my jury duty in Dorchester. The music was blasting, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. There’s really no seating at all either. You walk in to a big chalkboard menu with today’s items on it, are greeted by a friendly line cook, and watch your takeout being prepared. I like that they offer turkey bacon as a breakfast sandwich option, and ended up with a reasonably prices turkey bacon, egg and cheese on wheat bread all in about 5 minutes. If I’m in the neighborhood again, I’ll stop by.
