Trang’s Flower Shop

trang’s flower shop is a really great place. she does an amazing job on each order she receives. goes over the top and manages to get them all done wonderfully! this is my favorite flower shop! I wouldn’t go anywhere but this place! really welcoming and nice! try this place out! maybe you’ll like it like me.

Its a relatively small shop located across the street from a Vietnamese super market, so as you could guess Trang’s flower shop caters mostly to the Vietnamese demographic of Dorchester. The owner is nice and really helpful when it comes to customization and designing. We order 3 funeral rings from here and changed a lot of the designs as well as the flower combinations too and Trang accommodated us pleasantly.

The owner is a very sweet lady who always takes time to prepare my flowers delicately. Even if I just buy a couple roses she’ll wrap them up into an aesthetically pleasing manner. My favorite flower shop in the area.

Never delivered flowers on Valentine’s Day — delivery boy asked me to pick up my own flowers, then claimed I rejected flowers with my signature.
I was supposed to receive flower’s ordered from Teleflora and contracted out to Trang’s Flower Shop on Valentine’s Day.
My boyfriend ordered the flowers in late January and paid a $ 18.99 delivery fee to be delivered on Valentine’s Day.
On Valentine’s Day I received a phone call at 5:45PM from Trang’s delivery boy Kenny. Kenny asked me where I lived and how long I’d be there, I explained that he could deliver the flowers to the mail room and drop them off. He then went on to claim he was tired and had been out all day and said he didn’t feel like delivering the flowers.
Then he asked me to PICK UP my own flowers from a shop in Dorchester– on Valentine’s day at 5:45PM! Not only did he ruin the surprise, but he continued on asking me if it would be alright to wait until tomorrow to deliver them, I said no I’d like my flowers tonight especially since my boyfriend paid for the expensive delivery fee. He said OK.
No flower’s on Valentine’s day or the next day.
My boyfriend called Teleflora and they called Trang’s and Trang’s told Telefora that I had signed a sheet rejecting the flowers, I called trangs and they apologized And all of a sudden couldn’t find that sheet that I had supposedly signed. The owner was very nice, but didn’t offer anything to remedy her drivers mistake. I would not recommend ordering from them or from Teleflora in Boston.
