Although they still have the Tri-​Js’ faded sign up, it’s also got a new name, in Vietnamese. I was a little skeptical at first, but I’ve had 4 haircuts there and let me tell you, they know what they are doing. My favorite barber is in the last chair, towards the back. I’ve had compliments from the haircuts he has given me. A very quiet, polite and nice man. He takes his time, and is very detailed oriented. Trims ear, nose and eyebrows too! I’ve noticed that they have regular customers who come in for a haircut and/​or a shave. $ 15 !!

I have been going here for more then half of my life. If you want a well done professional cut look no further. I know many customers that have been just as loyal as i have with no regrets. The gentlemen that cut here have been around the block and know how to cut all textures of hair. I have a unique hairline, and I have gotten horrendous cuts from other shops out of desperation and time restraints. I am always secure in the fact that I can get a quality cut from Tri J’s

The best! Tony and Howie are absolute pro’s at cutting hair. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 13 or so years (I started going when their shop was on Dorchester Ave.) I don’t know where I’ll go if they ever decide to retire.
A precision haircut with an old fashioned straight edge shave — two perfect gentlemen and a vast array of reading materials. A hidden gem in Fields Corner.

A very nice and clean barbershop located conveniently off the Fields Corner stop on the red line. I always get my cut here, and I swear that they have the best line-​ups here. I get my cut from Howie, the older gentleman and he is very precise with his work. Every single buzz with the clipper is very precise and I come off the chair with my hair looking exactly how I want it. He even hooks me up with the full blown razor-​blade line-​up. It is amazing! Not only does he cut my hair, but also shares his wisdom (which I am sure he has experienced a lot throughout his lifetime). Very friendly atmosphere. I saw some pictures on the wall, and I notice that former Celtics player Rick Fox got his cuts here!
I would go nowhere else to get my haircuts!
