Burger King

so over priced I wanted to die. 17.50 for 2 small sized meals. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would not recommend. staff was nice tho. bathrooms were disgusting, might get an std check after using their toilet.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The floors and tables are so filthy just to look at that the sheer thought of how clean the meal prep area is raises significant concern. I guess I should not expect much more but the staff is exceptionally rude and an impersonal. I font generally expect much from fast food, but this place definitely kills the junk food temptation.

Oh this is like a go-​to restaurant right out of kings dominion and because of the traffic they get and being understaffed, they’re always not kept clean in the dining area and fountain drink area.
Food come out as expected but hard to say fresh.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The his place is the worst. Crazy high prices and a dumpy building desperately overdue for remodel. The owners should be ashamed! Not even the courtesy of a baby changing table in the restroom. Will absolutely never return.

This place was absolutely horrible!!! We ordered 2 combo meals and an order of chicken fries and the total came to $ 23! Then there was a sign saying that the ice machine was broken so we ended up having to drink warm sodas. The condiment station was so gross and sticky and it smelled bad. There were no lids for the cups. The place overall was just nasty, to be honest we only went there because it was convenient to the hotel we were staying at. I definitely recommend going ANYWHERE else!!!

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to… Prices are shockingly and ridiculously high (just under $ 10 for a combo — are you freaking kidding me!?!) because it’s across the street from Kings Dominion. Service was fine but the place was just gross. Dirty and gross. Ugh. I really was expecting to find a fly in my burger but thank God I didn’t. Seriously though — never again would I go to this place :/​Never.

It’s ok. Not your typical Burger King. This is right across the street form kings dominion. They take no coupons and are much more expensive then a regular Burger King.
Staff was very nice. That was a plus. The 5.30 4 piece kids nugget meal really annoyed me.
Bathrooms were ransacked at 11am. No toilet paper in 2 of the 3 ladies rooms. Surprising being it was 11 am. Maybe they get a morning rush before the park opens?
They did get our order spot on — no mistakes and we do customize a little bit (no mayo). Kids loved the toys.
Soda area really smelled. It was in need of some bleach — I’m sure this happens daily but it smelled like old old old sugar. The kind that is fermenting a bit.
Only plus I saw was accurate order and nice friendly staff.

So slow. Took almost 20 mins to order, pay and get food from drive through. Order was wrong. No cheese on a whopper with cheese, order a 5 piece chicken tenders got a 3 piece. No straws for any of the drinks. We were already driving away and too frustrated with how long it took to get food to turn around. 4 drinks in the car and no straws and 2 of which are for kids. Needles to say but some spilling happened.
I hadn’t eaten at a Burger King in a long time and will probably be several years before it happens again. Also $ 29 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids is rediculous.

The staff had extremely bad attitudes the entire time, the place is extremely over priced and dirty. Most meals average about $ 8 and cheese costs an extra $ 1.20.
That’s outrageous!

Too many bad reviews, we are at the Truck Stop here and wanted to go to BK for a breakfast. No way now.
I feel a business with these kind of reviews should at least answer them. Or they just don’t care and if they don’t care then they are probably as bad charged.

Whatever you do… do NOT. get out of your car. I repeat, stay IN your vehicle and cruise the drive through.
This place is nasty, dirty and smelly.

I am one of those people who check other’s reviews after the fact. It is true the prices are higher than competing BKs in the MD, DC, VA area.
My wife and kids visited this place yesterday and must say that the quality is poor.
Whopper was cold, salad was wilted and the fries were cooked twice.
Live and learn. Never going back again. BK really needs to recheck this franchisee and get their restaurant in check
