Jim Massey Formal in Montgomery (Sturbridge location) is TERRIBLE. Though the I ordered a particular tux style and it was indicated on the order form, the lady (Debra) told me that it was my fault. I called Jim Massey directly and left a message, but he never returned my call. Debra needs to be fired or put to work in a warehouse so that she does not have contact with the customer.
