This place is EXPENSIVE for what you get. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, but damn the prices. The cashier looked at me like I was bothering her for asking what is in the sandwiches. I will never go here again.

Great, fast, friendly service. Food is perfection. My fav breakfast spot. Always get a soufflé. They are all great, but I skip the four cheese. Only because I need more dimensions in my food. Had them all and they are to die for. Hazelnut coffee is always deliciously strong and fresh. But don’t forget that perfectly toasted bagel. I always get chive and onion cream cheese on an everything bagel. I could eat the cream cheese alone out of the container with my fingers lol. Soooo good!

We have stopped here twice in the past 3 months for lunch on the way back from a beach trip. The staff is efficient and friendly. Using our Panera card we have been offered an extra treat. We even got a free smoothie. Food is Panera done well. Delivery of smoothies on most recent visit yesterday was slow and we were ahead of prime lunch hour (11:20AM), about 10 minutes after our meals. We will stop here again on our next trip through Dothan.

Just visiting family in Dothan and we were so happy to see a panera bc in Ohio this our favorite restaurant. We were not impressed and very disappointed as the service was slow and disorganized as we were given a pager to go sit and wait for our food. It’s panera, it shouldn’t take more than 2 min. For u to make any item on the menu, not the 15 min. We waited.
Mine — had a salad that had way to much dressing and it didn’t even fill the bowl with crisp lettuce. Lettuce was partially wilted. I was too hungry and tired to complain.
Husband– had the grilled cheese, very very greasy and simply thrown in the plate. No presentation at all.
The only saving grace was the cupcake.
