The worst macys! I have no idea how they have lasted so long in this location. There is never anything here.
Just a mess always
Staff is extremely slow
I come here just to return any orders I’ve bought online if I didn’t like it.
They had Mac here once that didn’t last very long. I was happy to see this Mac section and sad to see them get rid of it .
I got a lot of Mac products from here. Too bad it’s gone

Ergh this is why I prefer to do shopping via online nowadays. Granted it was another one of their «huge super sale» weekends so lacking customer service was even more lacking. I had called to extend my in store pick up and this store location even called back to confirm I can pick it up by this weekend, that they’ll even write a note and notify whoever in charge to not send it back to warehouse. Got there this weekend only to be circled around for an hour by rude employees and then was told they don’t have my package any longer and it’s not available in stores either. Great… they told me I can go upstairs to file a complaint for a $ 25 compensation so I talked to the manager (who I wish I was able to approach right from the start), Rob, and he helped sort out the situation in about 15 min and comped expedited shipping plus an additional ~20% off one item (thought it was supposed to be the whole order?). Did the math in my head and I think I would have gotten more deducted if I had the $ 25 compensation, but whatever. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. Wish I didn’t have to go through all this hassle just to get it shipped to my house in the first place, but it’s annoying they have a high minimum to get free shipping online.

What can I say about a Macy’s?! In general, it’s good. With this location, what’s great is its location, free parking, and the short 15 minute drive to a mellow Macy’s.
The cons of this particular Macy’s is its size. It’s definitely the smallest Macy’s that I’ve ever been to, so naturally, its selection isn’t always the best. The men’s department is small, unorganized, along with a blah selection. To make up for this, they had some pretty cool toys in a small gift section between the men’s and children’s department. It’s not bad, but I don’t typically go out of my way to make a trip to this Macy’s location.

This store is horrible. Almost every item appears to be a return. Many of the clothes are dirty and used. I found a pair of pants that had a large split with a large safety pin holding the ends together. If you want new clothes do not go to this Macy’s.

Smaller than average for a Macy’s, it has all your basic shopping needs.
Never a line at 10:0am when they open, and free parking (as opposed to the Queens Center Mall).

I am a forever fan of this store. The shopping experience will always be different even no matter when and which section you’ll spend your shopping day.
Today, I shopped for a new tote bag.
I visited the day before another store before coming here. I knew for sure that particular brand name and style were on sale. When I saw their stock and did not see any signage, I spoke with the sales clerk with regards and right away offered to check for me. She even checked other possible colors on their stock that I preferred. It was a quick service. Timing is perfect. Less crowd. I got what I wanted within my lunch hour or even less. As usual, all the discounts plus the member discount coupon reduced my purchased to the lowest possible price. It made me smile every time I saved few bucks from this store. Never shopped anyway in full price. Lol!
She offered me this Plenti rewards card. A part of the service was that I have my own personal Macy’s consultant who’ll call me for any special events sale they’ll be having. Lots of people probably doesn’t want be bothered by this marketing strategy, not I, I felt VIP when she told me about it.
The location is great. Lots of parking space and next to a theater, restaurants, shopping stores and grocery.

Absolute WORST organized Macy’s I have ever been to. Lines are long, service is slow and people are rude, horrendous! I am a frequent Macy’s shopper and this location I will never go to, such a shame because I am moving right around the corner. You lost a lot of business from me, step it up!

This place is a mess. Doesn’t have a good selection of items. Fitting rooms frequently have piles of clothing in the stalls. Most of their sales associates, seem like they’d rather be somewhere else, and are not very well trained in product knowledge.
During holiday season, they really need to beef up on their security. loll Forget shop lifters. One time 2 Christmas’s ago, I witnessed this huge guy, run into through the doors by the Men’s Dept, grab a rack of clothing, with about a dozen items, and run back out where there was a van waiting and they drove away. All done in under a minute. No security guy standing at the door, nothing.
Aside from that, the only reason I’ll come here is to replenish my cologne when I run out. They have good selection of fragrances and deals here.

This is officially the WORST Macy’s that has ever graced the face of the earth. I have been in this Macy’s exactly twice, and both times were equally awful. My first visit was a couple of months ago when I decided to take advantage of the Bullova sale in order to purchase a watch for my fiancé for Xmas. It took FOREVER for a sales associate to help me. I asked several employees and they all (despite standing around and doing nothing) said they were «busy.» Eventually, someone did sell me a watch but was fairly ineffectual, uninvolved, and incompetent (she lost my receipt and rather than just printing me a new one, insisted on crawling behind the counter for 20 minutes).
My second (and final) visit was this afternoon when I went with said fiancé to return the watch. Again, despite there being nobody ahead of me, the sales associates were just hanging around apathetically. I asked one «Is there anyone who might be able to help us?» And she responded with «Ask him…» And gestured to some guy standing 2 miles away. Eventually she saw we weren’t moving, so she dragged her ass over to us and scowled the whole time. We decided to return the watch for a cash refund and take our business elsewhere. She claimed that the computer said that the watch was purchased with a Macy’s card (which it was not). I argued with her regarding the credit card with which it was purchased. She claimed that the machine would not work because it wasn’t reading the credit card. Eventually, I pulled up my bank statement clearly indicating the purchase (after 20 minutes of arguing with this hostile, incompetent moron) and she was MAGICALLY able to make the machine work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Macys at all cost.

Terrible experience. Tried to get a watch adjusted all of the workers avoided the job. I asked a worker if she could get it done because supposedly they need ed a professional. One grey haired lady (supposed manager) just told me to wait without even looking at the watch and told me she would not know if she can fix it or not unless she looks at the watch while refusing to even look at the watch! Save yourself the trouble and get a watch somewhere else

They need a huge update ! There clothes are old they don’t have new up to date things. They took away the MAC counter with out even giving it a chance. People don’t even know about this Macys because it has nothing Good in it. The registered ladies are super slow. I went to get my make up done there and the lady did my make up horrible I looked so stupid I was so mad and she saw it all In my face she let me go for free I went home and washed it off ! What a waste of my time ! Never again

Pros: free parking and very friendly staff.
Cons: unorganized and one of the smallest Macy’s I’ve been to.

Normally don’t do department stores since i don’t have much of a attention span for it. But came by to look for some stuff. Place is a bit messy and staff aren’t that friendly. Not a busy Macy and has parking. Probably one of the oldest macy in queens?

Let me preface this by saying that I’m generally not a fan of the department store scene. Ok knowing that, this store is pretty unorganized. I wish I could put my finger on it, but it just seems that the areas are a bit confusing. Also, it is a smaller store so their selection is not as wide as the bigger ones. They have a small cosmetic and jewelry area but I have not used it. If you live close by, its convenient. However, the parking lot can get pretty crowded. You have the option of parking on the lower level too.

Typical Macy’s… convenient for me because I live a few blocks away.
Customer service is normally good, there are some nasty folk time to time, but for the most part they’re all pretty nice and helpful.
Sales are good sometimes, especially if you get one of their credit cards.

Ugh. This place is a horror show. I’ve never seen a more disorganized hodge podge of low quality junk.
There were mountains of crumpled clothes in the dressing rooms, piled on top of clothing racks and just strewn all over the department store floor.
My fiancé and I were waiting to check out in a line only 3 people deep and the cashier actually told us we couldn’t use his register because he was «too overwhelmed. «
Don’t waste even one minute in this Macys.

Sorry but the staff here were not very helpful that’s if you can actually find a staff member. I stopped today because I wanted to purchase a makeup bag or makeup case. I would think the logically place to like was in the makeup section of the store. I asked a customer service rep at one of the many make up counters if she could tell me where the makeup cases were. She first like at me as if I cursed at her, then she appeared confused than she asked me what that was. Okay maybe it’s me but I’m assuming if you work in the makeup department you would know what a makeup case is. Another C/​S heard the conversation and told her what it was, she appeared to understand until she went behind the counter and came back with a shoulder bag. At this point I walked away and asked another C/​S rep at a different makeup counter for makeup bags. We have a winner because she knew what it was but that didn’t sale makeup bags but she suggested I check where the handbags were located a I maybe be able to find a nice little pouch. I took her advice and I find a few little pouches but the price was a bit high for my liking, considering I wanted the case just to carry my insulin.
I considering buying a little pouch by Kipling but it didn’t have a price. I couldn’t find a Customer Service rep to save my life just to get a price. If I ever find myself here again I hope I have a better experience. The two stars is for the free parking.

This location is smaller than the other Macy’s. Seems understaffed at times and you have to wait at long line to pay for your things. Three stars simply because it is right at my neighborhood, it’s covenient.

This isn’t my favorite store since it’s a lot smaller than others but they have free parking and you dont have to deal with a lot of crowds. Staff seem okay when I am there and I love going early during the day and it feels like you have the entire store to yourself to browse at leisure and of course look for a sale. :-)

Ehh… it’s a Macy’s.
This one is my local Macy’s (as they’re everywhere it seems) and it’s not that big. For me, i go here to return all the stuff i order online that i don’t want/​like or bought from another Macys.
It’s unorganized and messy — but it has great deals and lots of clearance stuff that you can’t find elsewhere (probably b/​c a lot of other people are doing the same thing — returning it to this store from elsewhere).
