This place is a mess, I can not get the products I need. They do not order properly. No one is able to help they act as if they are nothing but bothered when you come in to the store. I have product I can only buy there but I will find another source for my products

This use to be an awesome store. The cute girls there were always so helpful. Recently they have changed ownership and the service had plummeted. Neither one of the girls are there anymore. The hag from Saloncentric is now there. I use to be able to call and order ANYTHING and have it in a timely manner, now I cant get anything from there. They are not ordering proper inventory and now have one employee who is not helpful at all. I went this past week because i had no other choice and the place was a wreck, boxes everywhere, stock and boxes in the aisles and also the computer system was down as well as the credit card machine. How can you properly run a business? Very disappointed… Already contacted corporate.
