I bought a new IPhone6S 2 days ago and it is truly a lemon I went back this evening and talked with a Manager and she said I had to take it to an Apple Store to replace a 2 Day old phone The person who put my $ 35 screen protector on left fingerprints under the screen protector I think is extremely POORBUSINESSPRACTICES Think before you buy here I have bought several phones here Not again

They received a one because a ZERO was not able This is about the ATT& Internet service not the Cell service We love the cell service We got tried of our Home phone service & Internet going up each month yet the interest speed was worse than dialup I told them a YEAR ago I was not happy with the service & the prices d the agent had a «Oh Well» attitude I called the day after we switched to another company and verified the cancellation. They verified it Today I received a even higher bill I called and held for a while to get a «customer service» agent and she kept putting me on hold. She kept saying that they bill in advance. I will not have service in this timeframe so why send me a bill She was clueless and ATTISCLUELESS to customer concerns

I had an awesome overnight experience here back in September. I was able to check off something that wasn’t necessarily on my bucket list, but definitely on my list of things to try. For my birthday, I set out to be one of the first to get the new and improved iPhone 6/6+ when it arrived in stores. I chose this location to camp out in line for over 24 hours to be able to say«I got it first!» This location is safe, police security was out and about, and it is an actual authorized retail/core store(more stock available, opens slightly earlier than mall kiosk locations). The night before the new iPhone launch the AT&T staff set up the outside(roped off the starting point) for customers making it easy for us to set ourselves up in line for the long night ahead. The following morning staff was there extra early and began to set up tables of goodies for waiting customers. They offered free breakfast sandwiches(Chickfila for the win!), water, juice, pastries and there was plenty to accommodate the growing numbers of us waiting for the store opening at 9:00 am. When it was time for the actual opening of the doors, the AT&T reps came by in line order asking what our iPhone needs were, color selection, gig size desired, etc. That made it easy for those unlucky folk near the middle/end of the line to determine if it would be possible to score the phone of their choice. I was lucky number 7 in line. By the time I finally got inside, my transaction time was minimal. I was in and out in under 30 minutes(considering new phone set up, dealing with the cloud and connection etc. this was fast)! As a family, we’ve been a part of the AT&T family for several of the companies name changes. I always happily take AT&T phone surveys when asked and I am always able to rate them with high marks. This retail location earns the same degree of stars. If in the area give this spot a shot, all of the reps can help meet your cell phone and home service needs!
