I am really disgusted with the cleanliness & even more disappointed with the entire staff at this location. It has gone completely down hill. The staff is ridiculous, when you can understand what they’re saying in the drive thru it doesn’t matter your order will be screwed up anyway. If by chance & it’s pretty slim your order is correct & hot. You’ll spend 30 mins inside getting your correct change back bc you’re shorted in the drive thru. I’m so pissed at this restaurant bc I live right by it & eat there several times a week. It’s OVER PRICED & SERVICE SUCKS.

Always clean, very polite service, and the food is amazing. There was one time when the drive thru was slow and I asked one of the girls why. she politely explained that the lady in front of me had added on a large amount of food at the window, in addition to what she had already ordered and they had to cook it all fresh for her. Other than that my experiences have always been great with them.

My husband convinced me to eat here just to try it out for the first time. The wings were very good, the fries weren’t to bad either. I will go back because I want to try other things on the menu.

Chicken was pretty good in my opinion. It was a bit pricey for what I got. I’ve heard it described as «too snacky» and I kind of agree. Better for a quick lunch than a dinner. A couple of my friends had messed up orders. I’d come back in a pinch but not if I had too many other choices.

I am usually a fan of Zaxby’s as far as a take out fast food spot. The location here in Douglasville was quite of a disappointment. First, the drive through was all slow. Second, they messed up on the order that I had. Perhaps it was just a bad day, bad timing by the time I came in. Not going to expand too much on a review in which I was there for 20 mins in a drive thru — you do the math…

One of my favorite Zaxby’s. Only second or third to the one in Hampton (ClayCo) and there is one in Locust Grove near the outlet (Henry Co).
Always clean. Always fresh. Always polite. And more than anything else. They ALWAYS get my order right!
