I purchased a t v, stereo, cell phones, all with Geek squad protection. The Geek squad are great, usually they fix the problem over the phone, once I had a problem with my LG phone took it in to them, walked out with a new phone, no charge, can’t beat that!

Garbage store with worst customer service I have ever seen. Talked to four different people all saying they would get someone over to the department I needed help in, then even called and explained the whole thing, still no help. That is completely ridiculous. Never going back there for anything.

Have not had any great experiences here, only mediocre and bad ones. We made the mistake of buying our last PC laptop from here a few years ago and had to go through the geeksquad for a repair, which was enough to convince us to never buy anything like that from them again. We still stop in occasionally if we’re looking for media or doing price comparisons on appliances or TV/stereo equipment. Most recent visit was for Christmas shopping purposes — we bought a copy of Oblivion for one of my nephews after the employee who offered to assist us led us to the right section but then said they didn’t have it. I was able to find it for myself before he walked away. I was also going to pick up a new Compact Flash memory card, but their selection was almost nonexistent(they had two different ones) and the prices were almost exactly double what I ended up paying for the exact same thing on Amazon. I’m willing to pay a convenience fee to walk into a brick and mortar location and buy what I need, but that was more like a sucker’s surcharge.

Geek Squad is amazing at this store! They installed two TV mounts in my home. They went above and beyond. I can’t remember both of their names, but I believe one was named Geoffrey. They always work together on home installations.
