First time here at this location. It appears staff needs training and an active manager on duty. Between drive thru and equipment maintenance (refill) the staff had customers inside waiting over 10 minutes while the staff continues on with whatever they were doing with no urgency to their customers. Coffee was hot and donuts were fresh — this place at 4pm needs a manager to keep the staff focused on customers. (10÷27÷15 @3:50p)

I got a bagel with cream cheese that looked as if was 3wks old. I took a bite and spit it out. My husband’s ice tea looked black and tasted horrible. Worst DD I have ever been to. Only thing that was right was the oreo coolata so I’ll give one star. But overall, I wasted $ 15.

Gotta say, this drive thru crew in the morning is the most unfriendly crew I have ever experienced. I do not think they realize they are in the customer service business. Time for a road trip to Chik Fil A to see how to greet people that want to give you their money. It is a shame, I am a huge fan of DD but will not visit this store until they give lessons in courtesy to their team. Wawa, Royal Farms here I come!

Stopped hear for a coffee on the way home from the Nascar race. And waited over 40 min for my cup of coffee and getting out of hear is and accident waiting to happen.

Very fast service always the right coffee. It’s on the south side of 13 so it’s easy to get in and out. It is in front of not the prettiest party of town. I don’t know if I would go to this location late at night.
